Bought a Daystate huntsman revere safari edition from the air gun centre.
Was a good experience with good customer service.
I did have a couple of issues due to the manufacture of the gun but they was quickly sorted for me.
Would recommend and buy from here again.

Bought a Remington Pest Controller starter kit through Pellpax, as a complete novice. Didn't know what to expect really. They answered all of my queries pre order. The delivery service really was second to none. The kit was just what i needed and performed far better than I'd expected. Thanks guys👍

I purchased a rifle a week ago and I had an issue with one of the brocock magazines. I phoned up the shop and spoke to Ben. I took the magazine back to the shop and always rectified and as a goodwill gesture they gave me a tin of pellets. Great service again

I bought a gamo speedster gen 2 just before Xmas it broke so I rang up spoke to Justin he said get it back an he'll sort it out I did but was thinking I was getting fogged so I email an Justin rang me up ashored me he would try his best to get it sorted out an god willing he did do his best great people very polite an always there to help so much so am on my second rifle now an my friend has got one from here so any one who wants good service from great people shop here I just want to thank Justin you went above an beyond thank you all at the airgun center

Best Airgun shop got everything what I want to buy. Excellent customer service too. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Great deal for packages offer. Even they’re add tin of pellets for a gift.

Fantastic customer service. Purchased a Brocock rifle early last year and could not get on with the trigger. Trip back to the shop and Ben sorted while I waited without any fuss. Trigger now perfect. Have always purchased from here for nearly twenty years even though it’s not my closest shop, speaks volumes

Very helpful and very knowledgeable, nice guys to talk to so first experience first class. Went back again a few days later as the rifle we bought needed extended mounts to be able to get the magazine in under the scope and he fitted it all up for me, ready to go, so again top marks for customer service.

Hello i had a faulty mag on my huntsman revere they got it yesterday and I got it back today

I visited these guys today.
Very knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help.
As i have an old air rifle, BSA Airsporter Mk4, they went out of their way to make the scope I had purchased fit, and made sure i was happy with the feel of it on the rifle.
First class service.
When i decide to change my rifle i will definitely be seeing these guys again for sure.

What a great place to shop. Bought a rifle here about 40 years ago, came back in June and bought a 2nd hand BSA Ultra, a beautiful gun with lots of extras and saved lots of money. Now I can't keep away and have just bought an Air Arms TX200, again it's a thing of beauty. Over the last 4 months I have visited this shop I have always received excellent service, advice and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Ben you are a gentleman, always friendly and helpful. This is my go to place for my air gun needs.... Just wish I was a decent shot!

I drove down from Norfolk due to the reputation of this place and was not disappointed. I had the time and opportunity to discuss my needs and wants all within my budget.
If you need an air gun this is the place.

I bought a night vision device. When it was delivered to me I checked it. It did not have the functions and qualities that were written about in the descriptions. I wanted to return it, but I was told that this is impossible, because this device is undamaged and therefore it is not possible to return it. This is terrible. Employees of this site do not respond to email messages. Terrible customer service. I will write a complaint.

Tried a few dealers and couldnt find the rifle i wanted. Rang the chaps at Airgun centre and they had mine in stock. Ordering was easy , delivered bang on time ( delivery driver was very polite and friendly) . My rifle came well packaged and in perfect condition. Im now

This is my second major purchase from the Airgun Centre. On both occasions, the staff (including the delivery chap) have been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Top notch products too. Can't go wrong with these people.
