I would recommend this organization which is also gives to Charities to any lover of performance arts.

A great way to expand your viewing of theatre, comedy, music, film at a modest cost. It’s often short notice especially for the popular shows and you need to be quick! We’ve been members for 5 years now. I would definitely recommend it!

I think everything in the Audience Club works very well. I find staff who look into cancellations & swapping dates very helpful.

It is just great to have the opportunity to attend so many varied events. I have step outside my comfort zone many times thanks to the Club attending shows I would not naturally choose, and had a great time. The Audience club keeps one up-to-date with what is going on in London as there is so much to do. Booking is really easy.

Informed of all the new shows, with access to tickets to many different genre of shows at great prices. Easy to join, and easy to use website

The AC staff makes things easy on the website. They're also very helpful, if members need a hand outside the website.

The audience club has surpassed my hopes. Its emails and website gently update me on what's available, where, and when, and expose me to productions that maybe I wouldn't have leaned into.

It's supportive of the venues and ticket holders, and the admin has been hands-on when any difficulties have arisen.

Your Organisation is absolutely fantastic. I have the opportunity to see such wonderful Productions in the best seats for an incredible reduction in ticket prices.

The Audience Club is a fantastic way of being able to see a wide variety of performances that I might not normally see. I've had the opportunity to discover new venues and to support and give feedback to other club members and to the productions. It has encouraged me to see more theatre, film, music and comedy, I am so glad I became a member.

Website needs a redesign: but once you remember the section you need to head to is 'Book shows and events', then it's not too bad. I think the availability of shows has suffered as theatres become more adept at clearing unsold seats closer to the performance time, Today Tix, other services that compete with AC.

£5 admin fee per ticket, though? Looking at the listings and sell-outs - it seems a lot of money 'raised' daily to cover admin.

Such wonderful opportunities to discover new shows and concerts at a very good price.

Adding West End Show tickets at the same price as many other ticket sellers has made most audience club emails spam.

This is an efficiently run operation, allowing access to experiment with attending different genres of performances affordably. The online service does what it says on the tinm, and on the very few times I have had to speak to a staff member my call has been dealt with politely and effectively.

Great choice of tickets for various shows, even the one you wouldn’t otherwise have known about. An easy way to complete the purchase for great price as always!

I went to a marvellous afternoon song recital in central London having booked two tickets with Audience Club. The seats allocated were excellent in this lovely venue. The staff there were most welcoming and extremely helpful.
Since joining in 2011 I have be so fortunate to attend numerous performances in many wonderful London venues and experienced a wide range of different operas and concerts bookings for which have been easy through Audience Club’s website.. On the few occasions when I have needed help or further advice either by phone or email their staff have been very quick to respond and most helpful

Five stars but that is not enough! The best "service provider " I have ever dealt with! Keep up the excellent work you are doing.
