I have ordered from Black Swan several times and the service has always been excellent.I Recommend you give them a try!!!

they sell Dr. Plumb's Real Leather tobacco pouches so I bought a couple of those, and they broke in 2 months. It was never airtight, but it can only hold a day worth of tobacco, so I didnt mind. It had magnets on the lid, so that was good, but the leather they use is soft and it broke, and the magnets had fell out. All of it is useless.

I placed an order with them yesterday, late in the business day, gone 3.

It arrived today 10 o-clock. Well packaged and in perfect condition. Thank you

I Ordered cigars, tobacco, papers etc late on Friday 08/03/24 evening and it arrived on Sunday 10/03/24 to my pleasent surprise. Always prompt delivery (via Royal Mail) with this company (Black Swan Shoppe) with this and previous orders. Always packaged with care and attention. I had a cigar sent out that turned out to be cracked so contacted the sales team, they were apologetic and sent out another straight away which only took a day to get here so couldnt be happier with the way they've rectified a problem! Would definitely recommend

Always use Backy Shop, on this last occasion my Romeo & Juliet Churchill cigar was not up to usual standard m it was dry, cracked and pieces were already loose inside the plastic bag that didn’t have. gel pouch. I took photograph and emailed them. Got a fast response from Linda with a promise of immediate replacement and label to return original.

TLDR
I had an awful experience with Black Swan Shoppe, and I recommend using Turmeaus as they will price match, and offer a far superior and consumable product.

FULL
I ordered a pack of Al Capone leaf wraps, and each one was covered in mould. I took videos and photos as evidence and disposed of the mouldy wraps. I sent an email to Black Swan and received an apology, and was asked for evidence of the issue, and offered a refund or replacement.

When I provided the evidence, they tried to fob it off saying the mould was in fact bloom (despite it obviously being mould). They refused to give a refund unless I returned the mouldy wraps, which I had already disposed of.

They then likened the wraps to a TV, saying, "you wouldn't dispose of a faulty television," as if a tele could be covered in mould or other hazardous materials.

I explained that it would be like binning mouldy grapes, or another consumable item, which the representative told me he didn't understand. Despite the photos and videos I took, and providing the evidence they asked for, they expected me to keep hold of the mouldy products and are withholding a refund OR replacement.

It's been quite a frustrating experience, which could have been made less so had anyone cooperated or tried to help me with my issue, rather than repeating questions I'd already answered and not giving clear instructions, despite needing the mouldy products back in their possession.

The guys at the black Swan are always amazing, helpful and their gawith flakes are the only ones worth buying out of all of the online tobacconists seeing as the rest have all gone the way of cigars and vapes. There used to be 1 more called ducksworth but I'm pretty sure at this point that they are part of the same company. Well done guys, I have tried every other online store and yours is the only one with loose tobacco that is worth buying. Thank you a million times over 🙏

The staff are always plesent and helpful with a wonderful knowledge when it comes to tobacco. The package always arrives the next day in perfect condition, what more could anyone ask for eh?! Thanks For Everything You Do.

Have had a great experience here, bought a zippo insert a while ago and unfortunately it had a manufacturers error. Emailing customer support was a breeze, very fast responses from Curtis and got a replacement at no cost to myself.

I ordered a box of cigars that was meant to be in a gift box and it came with the biggest warning sticker on the front (that would not peep off) it wasn't what was discribed as a gift box! I emailed asking if they could send me a replacement box as it was a gift for my FH and 'Curtis' spoke to me like dirt.... BTW Curtis I'm completely aware that stickers need to be on the box (warning stickers about smoking) but maybe advertise it with a hideous sticker on it rather than 'presented beautifully in a gift box'
Rude and arrogant... Shop elsewhere where they appreciate your custom.

I have used this company a few times now.
I was ill recently (not smoking related!) & one of the issues I had was being unable to speak clearly.
You have to ask for your tobacco everywhere, obviously (!), All the bits you need, papers, filters, the tobacco itself, all have long names which are not easy to reel off when your speech is impaired.
I needed an easy way to acquire my tobacco. I also shop for a friend who isn't online. She is very happy! She gets this delivered to her door by me in return for a chat & a coffee!

For my first order, it felt like a risk. There are no options to review on the site & I forgot all about Trustpilot!

Anyway, every order has gone through without any hitches at all. The goods arrive really quickly & well packaged.

This is how online shopping should be! Simple, fast & efficient!

I am now recovered, can speak again, but my friend & I love this service so much that we are continuing to use it.
Makes life just a little bit easier & so far, nothing we have needed has been out of stock - which it often is in the town where we live.
