The Bedslats Company レビュー

The sales director was very knowledgeable and helpful. He advised what kind of slats I should get for the weight of the mattress I was purchasing. I got posted samples of slats and caps to check fitting, which arrived the following day. I then ordered all the slats and caps which I needed on the Tuesday and I got a message from DHL to say that the slats would arrive the following day (after the purchase). I had to delay until the Thursday and then I got a message from DHL to say they could only deliver on the Friday and then that became the Monday. I chased this up with The Bedslats Company and they, helpfully, managed to get it reversed back to the Friday. Everything arrived as ordered, including a couple of extra caps. I was very impressed with The Bedslats Company 👏👏 but DHL could have done better.

Very knowledgeable, helpful and amazing customer service in my hour of need! Helped me urgently source some new bed slats and were able to deliver to me next day!!! Couldn’t ask for better customer service than that. In addition the quality is amazing!! Thanks again for your help Sandy!! Chris

I went there today in person to pick up a couple of slats that was broken and 2x holders for my bed. Honestiy these guys are magicians I was in and out in 5 mins. Friendly, approachable and now have measurements so I can order online if anything like this happens again! Very reasonably priced as well. Bed all fixed in 5 mins, and the quality of the slats are proberly better than the original ones. I highly reccommend! Now I can get back to a lovely comfortable sleep. One top tip - give them a ring before you arrive to be sure someone is there because the premises looks like their warehouse.

The service and advice were excellent throughout. They made sure we had ordered the right parts to successfully complete bed slats for an older bed. All the parts are of very high quality and delivered quickly. Thank you

Ordered items via b&q on a Monday, the shipping details says 1-2 days. On the Friday I get an email to say it's delayed all the while my child is sleeping on the floor due to needing bed slats for her bed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SHOCKING DELIVERY SERVICE

Outstanding service
Careful listening, prompt response
Excellent follow up
Top notch in every way

Sandy's customer service is excellent. The bed slats I received were really good quality timber. Sandy arranged the delivery company and the order arrived the following day just before 9am, so I was also delighted with that.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery took just over 1 working day. Slats were cut to the exact length, and very fast delivery. Highly recommended.

Great customer service, very quick. I placed an order for 12mm custom slats because we have a heavy mattress. The staff can't be faulted as I made an error giving them the dimensions ('mm' rather than 'cm'). I panicked and rang when I found out what I had done.... no problem, they realised what I had done and all was good. Quick delivery and it was good to be able to give our 20year old bed base a new lease of life as the rest of the frame is fine.

Fantastic service. Ordered replacement slats at lunchtime on the Sunday between Christmas and New Year and received them before 10.00 on Tuesday 30th Dec. The slats were custom cut to the perfect length and fitted easily. The price was also amazingly reasonable! Excellent product and wonderful service.

Ordered a custom length cut via email at 4am Thursday. Royal Mail delivered Saturday morning. Oh, did I mention it was Christmas this week too? I think the replacement slats might be better quality than the original ones!!

What a fantastic pre and post sales service. I had a quite unusual and complex requirement. Sandy was so patient with me making sure that my order was going to work for me and then following up to make sure the shipment made it and the thing all worked out. The product was perfect and reasonably priced as well. You just don't come across customer care like this these days!

Sandy helped me loads to find the products I needed. They arrived on time, well packaged, everything I needed. Very reliable.

Great quality bed slats
Excellent customer service and speedy delivery

Fantastic customer service and product. My custom order was perfect and delivered very very fast:-) I highly recommend!

A superb service, my enquiries about delivery and the product were all answered swiftly. The product arrived in good condition and on time and are of a high quality, they were fitted to the bed that day and slept upon that night, a high quality service all round.

The extra strong slats I ordered were better than I expected. I called to enquire first but no answer but I was promptly called back. The order was sent next day delivery at no extra cost which is unusual as free delivery is normally 3-4 days.
These slats have future proofed my daughter’s bed. Don’t be tempted to buy the cheap ones that originally come with the bed.

Excellent!!

I'm incredibly grateful for the fantastic customer service I received. I'm so pleased with my new bed slats, which were custom-cut for me in the workshop. Sri was exceptionally professional and helpful throughout the process. I first discovered the company on Amazon, but chose to buy directly to support them—rather than adding to Jeff Bezos's fortune. Thank you again for a great experience!

I was looking for an individual slat replacement. I’ve found exactly what I was looking for. From start to finish - initial getting in touch to delivery - it was all handled very professionally.

I rang this company after having trouble finding the right pieces to repair my bed. The guy I spoke to was really helpful. He then replied to my email very quickly and suggested the right product. I ordered this and it arrived next day - spot on - did the job. Thank you very much
