I am sorry you are not happy with your order, however, I am struggling to understand why you would order a sized item & then say its too small? You have chosen not to use your name but I am guessing you are referring to the Silver Plated bracelet, that clearly states its 19cm. This fits most people and is not small, its a medium ranged size bracelet, the most common bought. So having received your order and realising you have ordered the wrong size, instead of contacting us, you have chosen to give us 3 stars...for your mistake. This is why small businesses are disappearing, please think before you review.

Very quick delivery

Very quick delivery. The charm is lovely. The only thing I would say is it would have been nicer if it had had a loop attachment.

Delivered on time by Royal Mail.
Bought as a birthday present for our daughter which is mid May which I know she will luv. Good quality with a lovely gold bee.

Excellent service. Beautiful charm, bought it for my partner to give his daughter on her wedding day. So pleased with it. The great reviews are justified. Happy to recommend this company
