We booked the best singing waiters, for our Daughters wedding as a surprise. This was one of the best decisions we could have made, the waiters were really professional, both had great voices, and got all the guests on there feet. Waiting for my son to get married so we can do it all again..

What joy you brought to our day. I have never seen my family so shocked at our April Fools day wedding. There was a great choice of songs and the napkins were flying in the air. Both our waiters were delightful and had great presence and super voices. Brought a boring part of the day to life that no one has forgot. Great pre booking service and a great addition to the best day in our lives. Most highly recommend.

We had them out our wedding at Dunwood Hall in December I kept it a secret from all of my guests including my husband, our singer was so good that my husband truly believed he was a waiter who was just giving us a song or two , really got the wedding breakfast going and all our guests are still talking about it , We would highly recommend

Was meant to be using this company for my wedding next year however due to separating I emailed to see if I could cancel my booking. I fully understood the contract which suggested that the company does not provide for cancellation but emailed to query whether like other companies they would provide a partial refund, was emailed back with next to no apologies for taking £1000 off me and not providing me with a service despite having plenty of time to fill the booking (over 15 months).

Initial contact was to suggest I change the booking to a different event and was communicated well however on today’s communication when deciding to cancel the email responses were short and unprofessional, provided little information, showed a lack of empathy in the wedding no longer going ahead like other suppliers we have had to cancel and no apologies, will not be recommending to people going forward.

I wanted to do something special and memorable for my daughter on her Wedding Day and wow was this it - absolutely fantastic - had all the guests up and enjoying themselves and really broke the ice. Everyone from the Wedding were raving about them and will always be in our menory - thank you so much you were A M A Z I N G

My parents got married last year and they had organised BSW as a surprise for their guests. Honestly they were phenomenal. The two singers were really friendly and talented. They made all the guests feel super relaxed and encouraged them up to dance along. The whole experience was very seemless, they organisation was amazing and they arranged with the hotel their needs so that my parents didn’t have to worry about that either. Would 100% recommend and can’t wait for another event so we can book them again!

They turn up at 10:45 pm in the evening after are wedding planner got hold of them they phoned me on a withheld number at 4pm saying they was sorry and could get someone there in 2 hours which I did agree to thinking 6pm would be fine just before the band was due to start playing at 7 , they then turned up at 10:45 and took over the bands p.a system which then ended up with the band not performing and guests at this point was starting to leave, it ended up being a very stressful and frustrating time for me as the bride , yes they have refunded £1000 and £500 extra but I feel this does not cover the heartache I went through on my wedding day let’s bear in mind I had been planning for over 2 years and spent over £25k on the perfect wedding,
The reason I’ve been given to why they never turned up until we got hold of them was they booked it for 16.04.24 not 16.03.24 and the fact they rang the wedding venue the week of the wedding to ask what to wear makes me believe they never had enough singers as the 2 that did come came from Wolverhampton to Bridgwater Somerset

Do not use this company. The owner is a liar and just a horrible person. Calls over and over again to get a sale. Plenty of other companies out there that are incredible! Your money gets shoved in the owners back pocket. Takes money for expenses and doesn't give it to the singers. Horrid person. Speaks to people like they are nothing. Lies through his teeth about everything. Completely dreadful, hideous, grim bloke.

I booked the singing waiters as a surprise for my daughter's wedding in August 2023 and I am so glad I did. The booking process was so easy and to be honest apart from letting the venue know , I had to do little else. I decided to leave it to them to choose what songs to sing and they got it right. They were brilliant from start to finish. Of the 90 people present 89 joined in the conga ( the other one was disabled) and everyone was singing along to every tune. It set the tone for the rest of the wedding, everybody was already relaxed and chilled meaning the dance floor was full all night lon g. To anybody thinking of booking, please do,it's worth every penny and the memories created are wonderful.

Where do I start with this company. They were booked as a surprise by my mother in law. As far as I’m aware the booking process was smooth and they did all the organising with the venue.
On the day they got stuck in with everyone helping out with serving food, replacing water etc. The singing was better than you’d think! The dancing was hilarious and needless to say - all our guests will be talking about this for months if not years to come. Thank you for making our day that extra bit special

Have those that have left a bad review really used this company??? I am blown away by how brilliant they are! We booked Singing Waiters for our wedding on Friday, 26th May - it was a total surprise for our 60 guests and both James and Curtis were incredible! Our guests danced and sang from the first moment and they are still (5 days later) telling us we had the best wedding ever! I am so grateful we booked The Best Singing Waiters and can't recommend them enough - don't hesitate, book them - you really won't be disappointed!

Absolutely appalling company. Rips off its customers behind the scenes. Charges expenses for travel yet this never reaches the singers! Charges "admin fees" & the owner pockets it for himself. Owner (Jamie) is a lying deceiving criminal, speaks down to people like they are nothing, especially females! He will lie through his teeth to get a booking out of you. We spent nearly £2000 on our wedding then when it was a complete balls up he offered us a disrespectful £50 worth of compensation! Do not bother with this company, vile vile human!!
