purchased a single light then another couple once we had sight of it. No issue with transactions and bit of refund that was due because we finally purchased 3 x lights was sorted out with no hassle at all.

Unfortunately I needed to return the lights ordered due to some imperfections in the glass, otherwise the pendant lights were lovely. The Bonnie Home lived up to their claim of 30 day hastle free returns. I am giving Sam 5 stars for no quibbling, being responsive and excellent communication. I would definitely be buying again if there was a suitable alternative for the lights.

Amazing experience with The Bonnie Home company! We had an issue after transit of one of our lights and Sam replied instantly even on a Sunday and got a replacement sent out straight away! Would recommend to anyone!

Seriously good service from The Bonnie Home; there was a stock issue with the product I ordered; Sam was on it and let me know immediately; I opted for an alternative which again received immediate attention and despatch. A great selection of beautiful items for the home at competitive prices with superlative service. I have every confidence I'll be back.

Customer service!! Had to exchange the pendant lights I purchased as I had selected the wrong shade of glass but this wasn’t an issue, they picked them up the next day and sent out the new ones immediately. Highly recommend The Bonnie Home.

Delivery company arranged a delivery slot with me 2 days before and gave me multiple options 🙂delivery men phoned 30 mins before arriving and took the sofa up the stairs and into my office. Very very helpful people and great that they done this as my partner is pregnant. The Atlanta sofa that we ordered is great quality and really comfy - very good for the cost! Thanks again.

Ordered a Louis chrome dining table and 6 lion knocker chairs, quality is fantastic. Would highly recommend. The marble is beautiful and the table was easy to assemble. Goes perfectly with the chairs! Delivery was quick and nothing to fault. Would purchase from here again.

Avoid this company at all costs – dishonest refund practices and zero accountability

This has been one of the worst retail experiences I've ever had.

I ordered a sofa online and realised immediately on delivery that it was too big for my home. I attempted to refuse the delivery on the spot, but the delivery driver flat-out refused to take it back, leaving me no choice but to sign for it.

I contacted the company straight away and returned the sofa unused, in original protective wrapping, within the legal 14-day return window. Despite this, the company has kept over £670 of my money, claiming the cardboard box was “too damaged” — even though it arrived that way. The sofa itself has never been used or even unwrapped.

They’ve admitted their delivery team should have taken it back and even acknowledged the item is still untouched at their manufacturer. And yet, weeks later, I’ve had no proper refund. I’ve now escalated this to my bank through a Section 75 claim and will be taking them to Small Claims Court to recover what I’m legally owed.

This company has shown a complete disregard for consumer rights and any sense of professional responsibility. They hide behind flimsy excuses and treat customers with contempt when something goes wrong. If you care about your money or peace of mind, shop elsewhere.

Purchased black bedroom furniture and couldn’t be more pleased with it. The exact same furniture was more expensive on multiple other websites and was delivered free too.
I’d never come across this website before but now have my eye on a few other items that are also competitively priced. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this company again.

This is by far one of the best sofas I've bought. The quality is outstanding, it's just elevates even more the living room and the customer service was top notch. Seriously if you're looking to buy a sofa of that good quality for such a good price hurry because there aren't that many out there.

Outstanding sofa for the price. My previous sofa was four times the price and very similar quality. Only waited 10 days from ordering to receiving in Whitby. Fantastic considering you can wait up to 12 weeks with the bigger companies. Highly recommend.

Had to return a lamp as it never matched my room as I thought it would. They arranged for it to be picked uo and returned, very hassle free! Great little company.
