Where do I start with these morons.
This company is 100% Bull💩
1st contact from these clowns was a good 2yrs ago claimed they were chasing money owed to Igloo energy, a company that went tits up during covid for poor management.
These BSB clowns demanded payment from the get go, no proof of any outstanding balance.
Yes I've had dealings with Igloo, yes I paid my bills monthly, if the truth be known, I reckon Igloo owe me a refund, can't verify as when they went tits up, all account access was blocked, how convenient!
BSB even send a payment link with all txts/emails (cheeky gits).
Like I'm ever going to click on any link ffs, do these clowns think we are stupid or summat.
I must have had a good hundred txts/emails claiming the above.
Obviously it's a "SCAM".
Then they start with the CCJ Bull💩.
Claimed outstanding balance is £13.88, they've even offered to settle for £9.99 ffs 🤣.
No court in the UK would give these planks the time of day.
You can't take out a CCJ out against anyone without cast iron proof a debt exists, the courts would laugh these planks right out the door.
All txts/emails are "No reply" so you can tell em to "F-OFF".
All keyboard warriors, 100% spineless, txts & emails get blocked, yet they still get thru, I reckon they've a dept that is constantly setting up fake email accounts so than still send out emails, it's the only way they can do what they're doing.
FCA is a joke, they don't give a 💩.

BSB is joke of a company, I don't believe for one minute they're genuine, I fully believe it's a total scam setup.
Probly run out of some Bangladesh💩hole like all the other internet scams.

Unnecessarily rude, not letting me talk, looking for something that I knew nothing about and without any explanation transferred me to a dept collection agency.

Wish I could rate them lower, rude , offensive and aggressive. I've had letters and phone calls and their agents like to just ha g up the phone. Should be shut down

They rang today about together energy, they said give us half and they will forget about the rest.

Sadly there is no option to give 0 stars.

The most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. They don't listen, send threatening emails about a debt that isn't due for a company (Together Energy) that went into administration over 2 years ago. They lie, break GDPR rules and then lie about that also, harass you by calling numbers they have been told not to call, don't reply to emails for months on end, then respond by sending another threatening email. They send the same bullying pay in 7 days or else letter (but been sending this for about 12 months) Absolute scammers

Awful customer service, unprofessional. The accounts department get their figures wrong - no apologies for their mistakes.

Absolute joke of a company. In my eyes its a scam. Ive never had electric with who they say I have and that I owe £26.80. Ive blocked numerous numbers and they text on different ones. Someone actually tried calling me but when I questioned what they were actually on about they put the phone down on me.
I tried live chatting them to tell them to stop contacting me and they said they would be a few minutes looking into my request but never actually came back to the live chat

Sending demands for debt that was paid a year ago.
Reported to fca and ombudsmen

This company have been sending me demands for a payment of c.£80.00 for a defunct Utility company the postcode is for an address I have never occupied.Looking at various online reviews,this seeems to be all they pursue. They most likely obtained these "debts" for either pennies in the £,or for nothing. They also threaten issuing CCJ,s,debt collectors etc.all of which is total rubbish! tell them to issue the CCJ,but advise you will be responding to this,and taking action against them for time wasting/ harrasemeent etc.
I furnished them with ample proof of my current address- Since 1983! but received

They want 90p from me but no where to contact them.
Personally I think it’s a bit of a scam. I settled this with homeshift years ago.
If they wanted the money they would have sent a letter to me.
This just doesn’t seem legit at all.

How can you make payments when their website has no payment option? It's asking for A REFERENCE I WAS SENT EMAILS NO LETTER WHICH HAD NO REF HOW CAN I MAKE THE PAYMENT HUHHHHH?

Claiming I owed money to together energy. Sent a copy of my final bill and evidence that it was paid a number of times - no acknowledgement just further emails saying they are taking me to court.

Managed to get through to them once on the phone and spoke with an angry child.

I’m quite happy to go to court now. See you there!

I have just had another email one of many, from the debt collectors to pay £19. 59.
I do not owe this money!!!!!!
I have sent prove and I am still being threatened.
What is the matter with this company.
You can’t phone or you can but are on the phone for ever.
I have taken advice from citizen advice and did what they said.
Years later it will not stop.
Please stop!!
Could someone please tell me how to get them off my back.
I am a pensioner and it is making me ill.

Agree with all these comments, absolutely appalling that they send an email on a Thursday completely out of the blue to my elderly parents demanding payment within three days, and then impossible to get through by phone or elicit any response by email.

Threatening email saying I owe money from 4 years ago!! First I have heard of this and have all my records to prove this is not the case. Shocking company.

As everyone else says - threatening for a debt that is not owed and impossible to reach by phone or email. They have no interest in speaking to anyone to find out what the facts are, they just ignore every attempt at communication and continue to send threats. The amount they are asking is huge and not owed.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Together Energy gave a refund on our bill when we left but this shower say we owe them money! Despite months of trying to call them and trying to get a bill showing what why we supposedly owe this money, all we get are threats. It’s awful to threaten a CCJ without any evidence of a debt. Surely a court would not proceed without a bill of some sort? Appalling behaviour.

Threatened me with county court judgement.
Call them and told them the situation as they were trying to charge me £800 for a energy bill on a property that I had moved out of 2 years prior. They were so blasé about the situation and said 'No problem, ill close that account for you now' and told me that they would not contact me again and the account was settled.

Bit of background, I have never been with utility point, since moving out iv been with another gas for the last 7 years and never changed it.
I moved into my house in 2019 about a year later I have emails and text messages from a company called BSB never heard of them before but saying that they are getting paperwork together for a CCJ if I don’t pay back £71,56 now this number changes everything between emails and texts iv everything they asked to prob iv never been with them and have never changed iv blocked their emails and numbers so many times but doesn’t seem to work it’s actually getting on my last nerves and I don’t know what to do, they only have my last name, email and phone number have no idea how they’ve got it and when asking them they keep saying I have an account with them but won’t give me an account number it’s all very weird and doesn’t seem to add up be careful this company isn't right but have got everything still have have sent it to citizens advice to see what I can do as surly this is harassment now.

It is interesting that people have received the same email as me. This is not from he real thebsbco. The contact email address in the email is slightly different (extra s added), and the payment site is nothing like the one offered on the real website. The email is a very elaborate scam, do not pay.
