Late delivery plus under weight, old and missing items.
I can only assume that their online reviews are either botted or they are a good local butchers who should not be offering online/national deliveries.
My order came late (took four days for next day delivery), was missing items, two chickens where delivered on their best before date and everything I received was under the weight I paid for. I took pictures and complained to the butchers but so far they have ignored me (and it's been several more days).
Order elsewhere, even if my experience is unusual it's not worth taking the risk.
Edit: After 8 days of complaining, two reviews and six emails they have issued a refund. I will wait to see if it comes through as this experience has been so poor that I am unconvinced. Overall a bad experience. I hope they sort out their services as at this time I could not imagine anywhere worse.
