Sorry about the review but this is taking so long, must be about 2 years now and I'm wondering will it all be worth it by the time you've had your fee there probably won't be much left. Just saying.

Very slow never known something take so long to sort out

Clear communication and not overloaded with information or too many emails

They are very thorough and they keep me updated but the actual legal system is very set up for the big company offenders. They ok with them taking the money of us but when they find out the company has made an error we have to wait and jump through loads of legal jargon.

You have kept me up to date on everything and I appreciate all the work you have done on my behalf Thanks

You people are very professional and keep all your clients fully informed, I’m continually getting bombarded with other companies claiming they are working on my behalf, I find your monthly round ups informative and helpful in rejecting bogus companies trying to steal my information, thank you

Feels like it’s been years since my initial registration. Just get random updates saying they’re working on it with no proof of anything they’ve done… just being dragged out for no reason it seems
