The person I booked with was friendly. The 2 cleaners - mother and daughter - arrived on time which was great. They cleaned the flat but definitely did not perform a deep clean as there were cobwebs on the wall which I unfortunately only noticed after they left.

Whilst inspecting some of the surfaces, they stated that they could not get some surfaces clean which is not what you expect from a professional deep cleaning service. Once they left I went back over with cleaning products from the supermarket and found that the surfaces could easily be cleaned without much effort. I should have done a thorough inspection of what "couldn't" be cleaned thoroughly instead of taking their word as it is clear that they were not good at their job.

They also persisted on increasing the price due to ULEZ despite the booker stating that the price agreed over the phone was the final price.

Highly do not recommend this company as the cleaners do a poor job and add on additional prices last minute.

Used Cleaning Gurus for my end of tenancy clean inc carpets. Punctual, great comms and the cleaning itself was first class. Highly recommend!

The second visit to my mum was very successful , a very good job tiles taps ect . My mum who is elderly , even though the cleaner didn’t speak English . If we need another clean we would ask for her . Thankyou very much 😊

They arrived early, 3 cleaners, no English. I had several calls asking for more money or they would not continue. The free carpet clean was not great skid marks on stairs of dirty water, stains not removed. I paid 70 pounds extra for two skylight windows to be cleaned. I had to remind them of that and the balcony clean and top of wardrobes clean. Frankly it was a nightmare. They finished late so my new tenant had to wait outside for half an hr. Then they demanded payment asap so then I had to do that before dealing with my new tenant. This in a tiny unfurnished one bed not dirty just dusty house. They wanted 30 pounds extra to remove three paint pots from under the stairs before they would clean it. I felt stressed all the way through. Would NOT use them again. The cleaners were nice people, I felt sorry for them as they were not fully told what to do prior. Keep away from this firm. They didn't seem to think that a clean included behind the fridge, behind the wc,on top of fitted wardrobe and shelving. They had not even cleaned the patio roof area when I was told by the boss that they had finished. I could do a better job then that myself with no stress and in a timely fashion. There is no way they eould do extra work without asking for more money, so that rating is incomprehensible to me.

This cleaning company is amazing , they did even extra work outside my house in the front porch , I highly recommend them ,on time hard working attention to details , my rugs looked like new .

Emilio and Nasko did a superb job. They worked really hard on my filthy kitchen and the results were amazing. I will definitely hire them again if I need to.

Cleaning Guru offers a very personalised service. If a cleaner cannot attend they inform us with plenty of notice and find us a replacement which ids very agreeable indeed.
They are also flexible when we have to change the hours we need / week.
The cleaning is of an excellent standard and the staff members are punctual, polite and professional.

I booked in a deep clean...

1. So, the 1st thing was that they were confused about what needed to be done, which was frustrating and unprofessional...
2. They smelt of cigarettes leaving my lounge smelling gross.
3. They broke one of the Stiles from my shutters and didn't tell me
4. And broke 1 of my gas hobs and the other one has limited gas coming out now
5. The wallpaper in my bathroom has been stained from the mop
6. The bathroom tiles were not cleaned
7. The bedroom walking wardrobe was not vacuumed (I'm not sure if the bedroom was vacuumed at all)
8. The stain on the carpet was not removed, even though I pointed it out and asked for them to use the carpet cleaner on the mark...

All these factors leave a very disappointing feeling regarding this company.

I have been using Cleaning Gurus and have generally been very satisfied, although the cost has gone up quite a lot in the last two years. I am satisfied with my current cleaner, who is hardworking and very willing.

I'm not happy with the service I received. I paid £174 for a deep clean and carpet clean, but it was not up to the standard I expected. There were marks, smudges, fingerprints and water marks left, and not everywhere was cleaned. The cleaning team left before I could even check their work. I was only offered a £15 refund, which I don't think is enough for such a poor job. I would not recommend this service!

Felt like I was scammed. Booked Cleaning Gurus for a “deep clean” in October. Cost £490 for 2 people to do 3 hours of light dusting and hoovering. I do not believe any reasonable person could consider this good value.
