Both were completed and delivered, as your review acknowledges. The in-person sessions never took place for one reason: you canceled the project. Our scheduling records confirm this. The duplicate charge was reversed on October 20, 2025, and you were refunded in full on October 25, 2025. Consequently, the consultation and custom blueprint were ultimately provided to you at no cost.

After repeated phone calls and text messages to a team member's personal phone, placed after 11:00 PM, went unanswered, we received a series of messages demanding an immediate response and an apology. We replied professionally during business hours and held to that boundary. The project was canceled shortly after, and this review followed.
