Excellent customer service. I had a few very difficult questions about pantone choices and needed help with my design and editing and their customer service was excellent. The person who helped me was Lewis and his customer service skills were excellent, and he answered all my difficult questions despite the extra time and effort it would have taken him. He also liaisoned with a designer in the team to help get my design sorted and gave me an excellent price for the job. I was very happy with the quality and colour of the boxes when they arrived. Would highly recommend working with this company

Joe Freecss at The Cosmetic Boxes company has really gone above and beyond for our company. He has extremely quick with responses, and has helped us find the right packaging solutions for our needs. One of the best things I love about working with Joe and The Cosmetic Boxes company is great customer service, and their transparency. We have been kept up to speed on our print jobs every step of the way. Any questions I have are always answered, and if they don't have the answer, Joe moves quickly to get it. Lewis has been very helpful as I try to navigate a startup business. Your prices are very competitive and I will look at purchasing hopefully in the near future. I appreciate that Lewis is not a 'pushy' sales person. Well done!

I was surprised that the chat option had a real person (not AI) who took a very patchy brief and ran with it to give me some estimated costs in less than 10 minutes! All emailed to my inbox to work with. Super imporessed with the customer service as well as the look of the stock they have.

Always a pleasure working with them! My boxes are always customized the way I want them to be. The only small issue I have is that some boxes are shipped w/ ink marks or are creased. It could be shipped more securely or double-checked during the production process to ensure quality. Overall, I'm pleased and will continue to be working w/ this company.

Bad experience - I recommend finding an alternative provider. Our sample (and Christmas print run) is now 3 weeks late and Cosmetic Boxes' customer service representative is handling the situation by avoiding our calls. They've emailed to say that the sample was delivered in the UK last week - DHL tracking number shows that it wasn't picked up in Lahore until today. Difficult to manage on our end without straightforward communication.

These are all DEVILS. Awful Company, Bad Management

JASPER and his company are nothing but lying scammers. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Spend your money elsewhere.

The worst company I have ever dealt with.
Jasper will not return calls and commitments he made were never upheld. We have now asked for our money back. Let's see how this unfolds. Will keep you posted.

So after my glowing review, the company seems to have fallen apart. Our rep stopped answering emails asking for quotes on new boxes and when I contacted the company after several months of sending him emails and asked for a different rep they just repeated that they would let our rep know that we needed a response. No clue what happened but we will be looking for another packaging supplier. Such a shame

Just received the wrong colour, awful label to us and they are hiding from us. Not answering email or picking up the phone. Please let me know where to contact you.

We ordered our boxes with Zack Brown! He was very patient and understanding with all the changes we requested. We Love our boxes!! They were exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be ordering again

This was my first order and at first I was a little skeptic but I went with my gut feeling and I could not have been more pleased. Marcel, handled my order with urgency. They were very detailed and exercised patience. I will be ordering again for sure. The price was out the park. Great job guys.

Andy Craig gave me an excellent service.
At begining I thought it was to good to be true as they have very competitive prices. BUT it is actually that good! Boxes are prime quality too.
I will buy again for my next re-stock.
