Before purchasing my kimono robe and shirt, I checked the sizing chart since Chinese companies “undersize” clothes. Upon arrival, both were about two sizes too small. When I contacted the service email, I was informed I had to send photos of the clothes and that the internal review would take 4-6 days. After 8 days, I checked back. I was told the shipping cost back to China would be borne by the buyer so would I accept a 10% discount coupon for additional merchandise. Needless to say, I did not but I’d warn buyers to avoid this clothes vendor. Any company without an exchange policy is lacking and its location in China makes mail handling an expensive barrier.

Awful quality.
I am usually a large, I bought XL, they are still only for for a 12 year old.
The print is blurry. They are so thin, you couldn't even use them as dish cloths.
Don't be fooled into believing that this is a EU, UK, Spanish, or anything other that a cheap crap Chinese site.

Very satisfied with my purchase. I bought my girlfriend a Tower Linen dress and Ealing belt, and both the quality and sizing are perfect, exactly as described on the website. 100% reliable purchase. I will definitely buy again.

I made the mistake of not consulting this site before making a purchase on the cotton brand website. I am very disappointed. I sent many emails. I tried to contact them via Instagram But no one answers any way to communicate, so no way to get a refund! On the other hand, the transaction was carried out but I never received my order. I'm not going to let myself be done I'm going to check with my bank's insurance.
