I placed an order for a few dinner plates, out of which two came damaged. Spoke to customer service team and got the replacement sent immediately. Great service. Keep up the good work!

Decor kart has been one good platform for tasteful purchases but recent purchases on Diwali forced me reconsider my opinion as the items were defective and not up to class. I purchased two tea sets with stands with previous purchase confidence but they turned out to have manufacturing defects with cups and saucers carrying unfinished marks on bottom. They were meant to be given as gifts but sadly will be siting useless now. No more bad purchases from decor kart now. No response for email written to them.

Absolutely beautiful platter and fantastic quality. Perfect to serve nuts, cheese, dips or to keep by the bedside to keep trinkets such as finger rings, etc. It’s worth every rupee spent. To top it all the product arrived in a neat wooden box lined. I’m totally impressed and have ordered lots of other similar items from Decor Kart. Five stars and highly recommended!
