Kirsty at your Braehead store was excellent when we bought our sofas. She was very helpful and gave us time to decide on fabrics, sizes etc. She was very friendly and made the shopping experience very easy.

We recently bought our sofa from The Designer Rooms and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, all thanks to Lesley Wilson!

She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish - so welcoming, friendly and genuinely lovely to deal with. Her knowledge was incredible and she was so patient, helpful and attentive throughout, making sure we found exactly what we were looking for.

Lesley is a real credit to The Designer Rooms and her customer service is second to none. We left feeling like we’d had the best possible experience and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She really went above and beyond! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Never shopped here before. Ordered 2 sofas today. James who took good care of me was just great. So professional and patient. He really is a credit to the firm. I will definitely shop here again and recommend the store at Braehead to others.

Stephen took time to listen to our requirements, found a solution suitable to us and was meticulous in ensuring that our order was correct, reading through the order carefully.

The team and service were great, however the sofa I bought is not at all like the one we sat on in the show room some months ago . . the sofa is ‘hard’ really hard, uncomfortable to sit on. . Its also too short on the seat pad length, I’m only 5ft 5 and its too short :’-( Looks good but has been a waste of money as its its not fit for purpose & will need to be replaced.
