Very helpful and friendly staff

BHP Store (Braehead), James , fantastic customer service. My friend and I went to browse and one left with a new dining suite, the other a the beautiful Sensum Diffuser. Friendly and knowledgeable young man , not pushy in the slightest , hence the purchase. A credit to your store

Lots of beautiful furniture to choose from. Store is very well laid out and spacious. Staff member Heather was very helpful and friendly.

We really appreciated the time given to us and the very helpful advice when considering purchasing accessories for a newly decorated lounge. Standard lamp and beautiful now on order.

Fab store bought divan bed & recliner sofa and chair the guys who help me pick were fab very helpful will defo return 5☆ well deserved

The lady who served us was so lovely gave us upl information we needed and asked .We left to go to other shops but returned to Designer Rooms because we loved our purchase ❤️

Visited The Designer Rooms Braehead. Bought 2 lamps in the sale. Got them home, unpacked them and the gold on both shades were severly scratched and hideous to look at. Called them and they said they were exdisplay models. There were no signage for customers notifying them they were ex display or reduced from original price due to ex display. I assumed that they were brand new but they are not. When calling them they said bring them in for exchange or credit note, they are refusing to refund me and breaching their own returns policy which clearly states on their websife full refund within 30 days. They are clearly selling damaged goods without notifing the customers which is illegal

Good customer service from in shop staff. Phoned up the next day and ordered additional item that I had seen and it was all ready the next day for pick up at the shop.

A huge thank you to Denise Sutherland, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so patient with me and my family while we took our time choosing our furniture, never making us feel rushed or pressured. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for.

She was also so lovely with my two girls, making them feel welcome and chatting away to them, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable for our family.

The customer service we received was outstanding, and it made the whole experience stress-free from beginning to end. Thank you so, so much, Denise, we really appreciate all your help and are absolutely delighted with our new furniture. The sales person was very attentive and gave us excellent service

The showroom is just stunning i had too many dinning sets i liked but liz wood was amazing and helped me .she was amazing from the start had loads of patients till I finally picked the right one for me . Can't wait to go back and pick my suite . Would highly recommend the designer rooms
