Great course led by a knowledgeable and friendly instructor. The day was well structured with plenty of flexibility for questions etc. It was also all very COVID-appliant which I thoroughly appreciated.

It was a great refresher to my previous first aid training. THe trainer was very great at ensuring all our questions were answered as well as going over each point until we were confident in what we needed to do. He also reminded us to practice to ensure we can recall what we need to do if ever we needed to use the skills we were taught as well as looking at how we as a school keep our selves informed. Also, looking at the impact to COVID-19 and how to keep ourselves safe was a relief as this is something I was worried about. Thank you

The course was delivered very well. Lots of interaction from the group. The tutor made the important lesson enjoyable.

Roy was a great teacher. He was knowledgeable and approachable.

Having not completed a First Aid course for some time, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, Roy put all of us at ease and made the whole experience an enjoyable one. I felt that I learnt more than I thought I would and was particularly struck by how easy it was to operate a defibrillator!

Great knowledge from the instructor and a very informative day

Vicky visited us at our office/warehouse at the end of April 2021. She engaged the participants and kept up the momentum. Vicky ensured everyone was fully engaged and gave examples to back up her teaching. The practical training gave us all experience of how to resuscitate with the dummies. We all thoroughly enjoyed the course.

This has to be one of the best courses I gave been on! Jeremy has excellent presentation skills with just the right amount of humour thrown in. The course was comprehensive and well planned. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and will definitely be using the The First Aid Team again in the future. Highly recommended!

The course was very informative, therefore I am now confident in my ability to administer First Aid - both in my workplace and in my day-to-day life.

Our school has been using The First Aid Team's services to train our staff for a while now. They offer the full range of courses we need at a realistic price, and booking and payment is easy. The courses are always well run, with a good mix of content to keep the day(s) engaging for trainees. I'd fully recommend the First Aid Team to anyone needing to arrange first aid training.

We only use The First Aid Team for our Health & Safety needs, the main one being the Emergency First Aid At Work course.
I would recommend these guys to anyone, always super friendly (looking at you Freddie and Jeremy), prompt replies to queries, and always happy to help.
