You'll be pleased to here we have just revamped our shipping options. It's been top of our list of things to improve for a while, but logistically it needed a bit of work to get it right. Here's our new UK shipping options:

Small Item Service (Royal Mail) - £4.50
Standard Service (UPS) - £9.95
Free Delivery - Orders over £150
Oversized Items (Colorama Rolls) - £12.99

Next time you order, you'll have the flexibility to order small for a cheaper service, or order more for a free service. Hopefully that helps!

Edit - Thank you so much Russ for communicating with me personally and helping me identify a rogue old email address on our website. We've this updated to the current email address.

We think we've caught all other instances of this email address (both on our site or third party sites), but for clarity for anybody who might see this, our active email address is sales@theflashcentre.com. Please use this email address and we'll get back to you swiftly during our regular working hours (Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm).


Finally, now that I have seen your initial email Russ, thank you again for thinking of us when looking for a place to sell your used photo gear. Hi, sorry to hear you’ve had trouble getting through to us. I’ve checked all our main email inboxes and can’t find anything referencing “Splash Point Photo.” As you’ve also never made a purchase from us (at least not under the name “Splash Point Photo”), I can’t find your email address or contact info in our system. I’ve also been on to your website to try to find your email address or phone number, and neither is advertised. I did, however, find that the owner of your business is Russ, so I checked our inboxes for communications from a “Russ” over the last few days. Again, I haven’t found anything.

I’m not sure what went wrong here, maybe your email ended up in a spam folder and I can’t locate it, maybe you used an old or slightly misspelled email address, or maybe you emailed an individual at the business rather than the general sales@theflashcentre.com address and it hasn’t been picked up. Either way, please could you forward the email you sent directly to me? That way I can help with your query and also look into why we didn’t receive the email the first time round. In the hope of getting a message through to you, I have also filled in the “Contact Us” form on your website, so if you’d prefer to reply to me through that, please do.
