Delivery arrived on time, very well packaged and the goods were exactly what I expected. Excellent service and would certainly recommend "The Floor Heating Warehouse" to friends and colleagues.

Product and price good but unhappy with delivery. I was desperate to the the delivery before the weekend, however APC are pretty inflexible. DPD and royal mails are great as you can opt for safeplace delivery options. Non of this with APC.

I used these guys to perform a design and supply our system.

Firstly, the design didn't come with flow rates. You'll need these to balance your manifolds and, whilst they're something that can be calculated, it's not really a thing you'd expect to know how to do.

They semi-ignored my request to design for future proof. I explicitly asked for a system that could be swapped for a heat pump but initially be powered by a gas boiler. Their design contradicted itself by stating it was suitable for this purpose but continued to caveat the design that it'd not be suitable for lower flow temps, as expected with a heat pump. The spec stated 150mm centres. Definitely not ideal for lower flow temps. We assumed their design to be adequate, knowing no better. Oh, how I wish I knew this beforehand.

The next problem was with returns. On the advice of our plumber, we accidentally bought the wrong equipment. When it arrived, he opened a couple of boxes, identified the mistake and we proceeded to attempt to correct the problem. We needed to replace the room stats and control centres for the wireless models.

Firstly, they refused accept the return of the opened control centre box on the grounds the boxes had been opened. That's actually against the law. Distance selling consumer rights states you're entitled to a return with 14 days, even for opened boxes. They may be entitled to charge a reasonable stocking/admin fee, but to disallow completely is just wrong!

We had a load of thermostats that were unopened and could, and did, return. Following their strict policy to insure returns, with signed for delivery, which we did, several hundred pounds of thermostats were returned. They "never arrived" apparently. Yet the post office provided geolocation proof of the delivery, including the correct address, and a name of the recipient.

They continued to deny receipt and so I tried to claim on the postal insurance and since they were satisfied it was delivered correctly didn't pay up either.

Obviously, without further recourse, and several hundred pounds our of pocket, I feel compelled to leave this review.

I don't believe them about the returns not being delivered or received because I know their practices are illegal, which means they'll happily proceed with underhand tactics to con the consumer.

Go to a reputable company. You'll not regret the minor additional expense because the risk is not worth the false saving.

I bought a Heatmiser NeoStat through Floor Hearing Warehouse. Upon fitting, there was a fault and the thermostat would not connect.

I asked the company to return for refund, they said it would need to be returned to Heatmiser, but I'd have to do that under my own expense.

Not very friendly customer support and I think it's a con that I should have to pay to return something which isn't working properly.

I had an issue with a delivery from another company leaving my job with two fairly hard-to-find controllers short.
Mike helped me organise a pick-up from their warehouse that morning so the job could be completed.

Great and speedy service

Ordered Heatmiser Neo air ..on Friday which I thought would be free delivery and here on Monday, however charged for next day delivery as anything over £68 is free (this is in the small print) Heatmiser part was £66
The part turned up on Tuesday, unfortunately there is no communication of the delivery date. I was forced to phone and ask when my part will be delivered.
All in all not the best experience
