Ordered Thursday at 8pm game was dispatched the same day. Game arrived on the Saturday morning. Brilliant service will be ordering again soon.

If you have any doubts about buying from gamery dont fantastic service, I had one small issue which wasn't gamery fault (royal mail) the help and service was second to none, I'll be buying all my gaming needs from them

TL;DR - was sent the wrong games, was given really fast and professional customer support, sent the incorrect games back and within 3 days since contacting support I received the correct games!

At first when I saw the reviews it was more or less the same -- excellent communication, fast deliveries; everything seemed great. A few days after I gave them a chance, I ordered my Christmas gifts, I was happy since the deliveries arrived on time (3 days) but shortly after realised that somebody made a mistake as I received the wrong copies of the games I ordered.

I then took action and contacted TheGamery.co.uk via email which lead me to my encounter with Leigh, the director behind the company. We discussed the issue and they ensured that they will take action to find out what happened and try to sort the issue out as soon as possible.

Within a matter of minutes they checked all of the information and said they would take matters into their own hands and take responsibility if the same event ever happened again. We quickly discussed what to do; I was given a label to print out and attach on to a new package (with the incorrect games) that I sent out the following day and almost immediately after informing them that I have done so, Leigh informed me that they would send me the correct package as soon as they can in order to keep me (the customer) satisfied and not waiting for too long .

Another 3 days later (today) both me and the company have received the packages -- them the returned games and me the correct games.

I was more than happy to wait those few extra days to solve the issue and I can't thank Leigh enough for giving me such a smooth customer support experience.

I highly recommend anyone looking to buy anything that interests them from TheGamery.co.uk to just go for it, you won't regret it. If any problems arise the staff will by far make you happier than anyone else :)

I purchased a game as a Christmas present but later found out that someone else has already bought this for the same person so I emailed The Gamery shortly after to see if I could cancel the order and received a very quick and helpful response to say that they had actioned my request and a full refund had been issued.
