ordered a gift on 7th decemeber 10 days ago..has only been posted today standard delivery so wont arrive in time for xmas, was a present for my partner.

Products arrived when stated. I ordered off the website before checking Trust Pilot and I got worried that the products would not arrive - but they arrived when they stated they would - no complaints

I placed an order before reading reviews, they got me nervous but my order arrived a week after I placed the order. Exactly what I ordered. Will order again

Order returned for a refund on the 14/05/20. Despite contacting on several occasions this has still not been expedited.

The worst customer service ever. My package was delivered to unknown location and when I asked to either refund or send me another product, they simply refused by saying that it shows that the package was delivered and they can not help me any further. They simply let me hanging without the product and also took the money. Who knows what kind of company are they running, felt like I was scammed by such a company. I will suggest everyone to not buy product from them.

Ordered a mini NES and company claims that they sent it over a month ago. still haven't received it and can't get a response from them. Tracking says it shipped through a bogus parcel service and it's been on it's way for 5 weeks now. Customer service number isn't a real number according to my phone carrier. Fist time I been scammed on the internet. First time I didn't do my research prior to ordering from a new website. Beware

I ordered 2 items from this online store in May. Due to Covid19 I thought they were being cautious as lots of companies had given me 2 week delivery dates. I checked the track your order and it was still being processed.

In the end after a couple of weeks I decided to email and ask what was happening. I received a reply saying they'd sent my order but it had been sent back to them... Hmm its lockdown and I'm home all day everyday so this parcel did not come to my door and go back. Anyway I was told they had one item and not the other. I just asked for a refund and got it.

Had never heard of this store and did not check reviews before I ordered. However ..... I ordered an item (which I had tried to order from John Lewis, but it was out of stock) yesterday, paid for Royal Mail 1st class delivery and the item was delivered to me this morning. I cannot fault their service. I have now read the negative reviews, but I can only review on the service I have personally received, which was excellent. Thank you.

I placed an order 35 days ago and am still waiting for the item. Customer service responded to my inquiry stating that there's a backlog of items waiting to be shipped. I just asked for a refund and am waiting to hear back but I'm not holding my breath.

I never received the product. They said they would refund me and never did. Scam!

Please do not order from this company. It is 100% fraud. I have received multiple "your package has shipped" emails with a link. The link takes you to USPS which tells you that they do not have any information. The company also stated that it was send via FedEx with a faux FedEx tracking number that, you guessed it, doesn't work.

Well got an email stating the were refunding my money once again a lie. Stay away from this company

These guys r theives, dont buy anything from them ,they advertise their products as authentic when in reality they are knockoffs. Ordered a Nintendo nes classic then realized it was a fake. A day later i tried to cancel the order and they responded back a couple days later saying they already sent it. Told me to wait for it to arrive then send it back and would only give me a partial refund. Hope they do that at least. Here i am a few weeks later now they are refusing to give me any refund and its been weeks and product still has not arrived.

Do not use. Item didn't arrive.Made to wait 10 days then sent a PDF claim form.Still trying to get a refund No longer getting a response.Scam company.

This site had an item counter that said there were 4 items left and an estimated delivery date before Christmas. It turns out that the package was coming from China and was never going to make it out of China until 20 business days after my order was placed! Then after my package gets to America it is going to be another 7-10 more business days until it is delivered!
I was mislead since now they are saying that the order was made at high season and it is delayed even though their site said they had items in stock.
I would not trust this site, their promises or the rating of their items.

Honestly very disappointed with this scam of a website , I bought the hoodie blanket which I never received a confirmation email of the package itself. I bought it over three months ago and still nothing . I am very disgusted for the fact that I sent three to four emails and not one word back . DO NOT WASTE MONEY OR TIME.
