Not a bad place to train however the hygiene and sheer stench of some members is unbelievable, management being told and posts being put and still nothing. Members moving off close machines for the bad smell is unfair. I get they are scared for looking bad again certain minorities but enough is enough it’s not about colour or religion it’s about being clean

Absolutely disgusting place. Reported harassment by 2 male members and ive been nothing but victim blamed. Nothing has been done and they say they can't see anything on the cctv as its been deleted?? Considering its not manned 24 hours this is very unsafe.

If anything happens to you in here you have no chance at getting justice!

Staff aware of predators and just say that I wont be the first or the last to have this happen to! Not a space that's safe for women. Stay away.

To add, I know other female members who have had to leave due to staff and the gym group ignoring their pleas for help.

Oh and also the toilets are constantly blocked 🤢 there is no sanitation equipment at all and it stinks.

It's a cheap gym and you get what you pay for but for the love of god TURN THE MUSIC DOWN. It seems to want to be a nightclub more than a gym, even in the changing room. It's SO loud i can often still hear it when I have music on my own earphones which I have to turn up to the max just to drown out the endless dreadful hip hop being played. That issue along with broken lockers, showers and poor bike security outside make this gym a rather unpleasant experience. Also, the female cleaners in the male changing rooms when you're showering is not really a good idea. Very awkward at times. All in all, not a good gym.

The gym is excellent however the lack of security outside is not if you bike to the gym you will not have a bike when you come out. No cameras overlooking the bike lock area and with a police station down the road they don't seem to give much attention to an area with such common bike thefts. Recommended actions would be to install cameras looking at the bike station or just make a more secure area so the bums of Grimsby can't come snap your locks and sell your bike for drug money.

Decent gym with plenty of equipment. staff friendly and approachable, the one complaint I have is that some people think that they are entitled to monopolise the changing room lockers, every day I see more lockers locked up than there are people in the gym, this issue really does need addressing

Been a gym goer for many years now and have to say after putting this off for a while. It’s about time the gym sorted out the personal hygiene with certain member. You can smell it from over 4 metres away and they seem oblivious to it.

It's very dirty, it's not clean, there is no wipes or sanitizer to even clean myself if I need to use a machine, toilets don't flush and also the whole area is not cleaned. The space is great but weights and machines are taken majority of the time.- so why not have some more duplicates, the heavy weights are right next to the chest bar - no space to pick a heavy weight and use it, in that corner or space, too many teenagers just sat on machines talking to each other, it's ridiculously expensive especially the joining fee and for what it is. I have never been in a gym so disgustingly dirty and option to wipe machines down oneself especially when they are not cleaned daily nor for days possibly ever! Machines are new but it's a new gym,there should be new style machines not 20 -25 yrs ago models in such gyms. I could go on... so disappointing!!!

The gym is amazing since starting I’ve felt so much better and look so much better the staff are so nice and helpful in every way, I would suggest to start the gym anyone.

Very good! Started membership on (29th December 2024) I really enjoy working out and there are a lot of equipment for everyone to use.
This is my 2nd gym which I like it more and do come here every day.

The gym is 24 hours so it’s always available to use which is great. Personally I need motivation to exercise so I like to attend classes. I’ve tried the ‘lower body blast’, ‘step up’ and ‘weights for women’. The staff are friendly and encouraging so the classes are fun and effective. As for the gym itself, it’s clean, bright and has all the equipment needed for a full work out whether you want to use machines, free weights or even battle ropes. I definitely recommend this gym!

Llevo poco en el gimnasio tiempo pero es suficiente para poder afirmar que es muy bueno, el ambiente es agradable, las maquinas no tienen ningún problema y puedes sentirte libre de hacer cualquier ejercicio sin que nadie te diga nada

Gym has some great kit ,don,t like the benches where seat inclines when you incline bench,uncomfortable when using dumbell behind head sitting,and back could use new bars with side grips black cast most gym,s have them and close grip seated row only1

I rearranged my day to attend my first gym class today, I booked it this morning for 12 o clock and the instructor didn't turn up. Will probably go back to puregym when my contract finishes

If I were able to give 0, I would.
No cardio machines for those who cannot use their lower body for any reason.
Able body people have a choice of many computerised cardio machines.
We have a manual, non-computerised crank cycle that is always broken and not fit for purpose. All I receive from the higher management are unacceptable excuses. As a large corporation, I would have expected more.
Don't ask me to email you again. It all falls on deaf ears. They have no concept of the struggles disabled people have. Providing an equal cardio machine for those who do not have a disability seems like hard work for them.
The gym group replies to everyone with scripted replies.
They provide unsuitable equipment for disabled people. They don't even ask what your disability is. They are quick to ask for your opinions and how to improve certain areas. But from there on, ignore your needs.

The gym group are disgrace. SHAME ON YOU.👎

After returning to the gym after 3 years I’ve never felt more anxious in my life. The staff were non existent and I really didn’t like the vibe from this place. I shall take my business elsewhere and never come back to this so called ‘gym’

I am a single mother of 4 and I never had a harder experience in my life than my experience at this gym.

As I was working out my buttocks, a group of young men started harassing me non-stop and the staff was extremely unhelpful.

I will be taking my money elsewhere where people actually know how to run a gym
