Nice , clean and up to date equipment. Staff couldn't treat you better. Ian is a great manager and helps you out with advice on what you need and how to use the equipment.

Outrageously expensive for very limited, and decades old equipment. Use any other gym available if you can, very poor.

Gym in Perth never has the air conditioning on and it’s like a hot box in there. Other then that pretty good gym

one of the worst gyms I've been to, more fitness equipment than in a professional gym, you pay £30 for a pass where after 4pm there is no chance for a normal workout, because in such a small area there shouldn't be between 70 and 100 people 🤦 and the worst is when you come across people who have absolutely no idea what they're doing and spend 30 minutes on one machine, spending more time browsing their phone than training .... or groups of kids, 5-6 people each, spending time browsing, on the phone and talking 🤦 time to go back to a normal gym ... because apart from the fact that the gym is open 24/7 there are no other advantages to this gym ...

Don’t understand why they have music BLARING between midnight and 4am when the gym is practically empty. It’s a gym not a Nightclub, I don’t pay to have my hearing damaged.

Disgusting diabolical service that has worsened over time. My membership was cancelled by gymgroup and I couldn't pay whst they are asking because all the payment options in the app were gone. I also overpaid. I paid a 3 day membership plus joining fee then paid again to join the platinum membership. I had an emergency. They then cancelled my membership and asked me to pay through the app. You can't! The app doesn't even work once they cancel your membership,
you can't pay and they are still sending me me emails asking me to pay. I tried and I'm absolutely livid. I wont be returning this time. I absolutely hate this gym. Please don't join. Like I previously suspected, the customer service will die out before gymgroup does. I have raised a transaction case with my bank and will be requesting what I paid back from gymgroup under a fraud complaint. This will take iver 30 days. You will be fined for using this gym overnight. I had no idea about this..but it's 24 hour gym..

The music from the PA System is deafening. i have been complaining about this for over a year and yet absolutely nothing is ever done about it. I wear noise cancelling headphones and the incessant noise still gets through., it completely ruins my gym experience. I attend the gym on average 6 days a week for roughly 1 1/2 hrs from 4am till 5.30 am.

The gym group realy is a brilliant gym. It's so helpful that it is 24hr. Fits around any lifestyle. The staff at Perth are super friendly and helpful with any questions.
Great standard of cleanliness too👌

SCAM SCAM SCAM
Not only does the gym still owe me a refund for a year because I got banned because someone stole my PIN, but now they disabled my membership a week earlier because I canceled direct debit.
Moreover, no one controls it, recently the changing room was flooded with urine and water so it was impossible to get in!!!! It's dirty, no one cleans it's disgusting!!!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! This is the second time I have been scammed by this company and their employees!!!

I would give zero stars if I could, but can’t, so I give it one stars.

Took money, disabled membership, refused to refund money taken.

Why you closed for Christmas? Some people don't have Christmas break, I paid for 24/7!!! moreover from 7 months the gym owe me refund!!

P.S. Teach your PT some new workout becouse no matter what your goal is thay giving you same workout for everybody.

THE WORSE GYM EVER

Don't go to this gym if you plan to use it out side normal hours. I got a £100 parking fine, as although the gym is 24 hours, the car park apparently is not. The gym does not make this clear and I have had no response from staff. Membership is now cancelled

Gym group perth,

Overall I’m disappointed - don’t get me wrong some of the facilities and most of the staff are great, inc new manager and some of the regular instructors.

But twice now I have booked a class the night before and no one has shown up to teach it - I do understand partially the reasons the assistant manager gave and why he didn’t come in to do the class but he laughed at me and said “no chance” when I asked him about me booking it and wasn’t very apologetic, in fact didn’t apologise at all.

If there is an option to book these classes the night before it needs to be made clear there is a chance the morning person at the gym just won’t come in to teach

*Please read this instead of an automatic reply when i mentioned the cleaning station in one sentence !!

Perth branch manager and some of staff specially females need to be look in to it urgently

We just cancelled 2 membership today because of rude manager😡🤬
They are unhelpful.

People are asked to use own towels to clean equipment. No blue rolls available and staff doesn't clean the equipment regularly. Loved the gym, but most people will not clean the equipment as doesn't have own towel

I enjoy this gym very much. The app on your phone tells you how many people are in the gym at any time. There is a good balance of cardio and resistance equipment. Also the cost is worth it and with a rolling monthly contract you can cancel any time.

Excellent gym about time Perth had a good gym and real value for money. My only negative point but kind of out of your control, wish they had more weight training machines and maybe bigger dumbbells.
