After months and months of research on Gastric Sleeve of where to get it I finally decided on THST and this was for the reason of the ongoing support and care they offer from the first point of enquiring, the travel arrangements, the hospital care, the amazing surgeon Dr Hüseyin, the support after surgery and the ongoing support and genuine care from all of those who work for THST via the WhatsApp group specific to you. I was so impressed I decided I would also get my teeth whitening whilst I was over here in Izmir and that also was amazing from beginning to end. I had to stay 7 days as I wanted direct flights from UK and chose the Kaya hotel so I could chill by the pool. I really can't recommend the THST enough than I already have done. I am looking forward to my new life and opportunities that this has given me.

I made a decision to have a gastric sleeve done on June 2023 after 14 months of research. Too say that I made by the absolutely best decision by choosing the health store turkey is an understatement. From the moment I arrived at the airport and until the minute I arrived back to the airport for travelling home the staff & the care & the surgeon was the absolute best I have ever seen in my life. They all couldn't be nicer & they all couldn't of done enough for you. I work in a hospital setting in the UK and my goodness this difference is unreal. The health store turkey and all its staff have won my heart ❤️. Thank you too each and everyone of you guys from the bottom of my heart use are definitely something special and worth your weight in gold. ❤️💙

I am just home from sleeve surgery at the Health Store Turkey. My absolutely amazing rep Jackie Drummond explained everything from the outset. Was always available both before and after surgery and during my hospital stay. The hospital is fantastic as are the staff all your needs are met and I couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend. I went on an escorted trip with Jackie and it made the experience a whole lot better I really don't think I would be feeling the way I am now if I had have went alone. If you are thinking of it give her a message you definitely won't regret it.

I have been thinking about having a gastric sleeve procedure for 2 years now but was worried about going abroad. I found out about the THST from the wonderful Belfast consultant Jackie Drummond. She eased all my fears about how good The Health StoreTurkey was, and I have to say she did not exaggerate about the care you received. The place was spotless and the staff fantastic . But I can not thank Jackie Drummond enough who went above and beyond to help us along this journey. Jackie, you are amazing, and I couldn't have done this without you. If there were more stars to award, I would give THST the highest beyond 5. Jackie Drummond has been absolutely amazing from the very beginning to date. The duration of the whole experience with Jackie and team was made lighter because they were always there to support and give a comforting word. Jackie was always empowering our group along the way. Thank you so very much Jackie, Ive appreciated the time you've given to me and will never forget your kindness. The team are warm and welcoming. THST deserves an Oscar and Grammy equivilents for their services definitely unbeatable. I will certainly return because its paramount for the patient experience in all they do. The absolute duty of care demonstrated by Huseyin Eken was one I've never ever experienced. He checked in everyday with a professional, yet charismatic bed side manner even leaving time for me to ask questions. What also made it for me was meeting Nihal, she took time out to check in too. I'm so impressed beyond words. Im planning to return. Thank you, thank you thank you all. If you are thinking of surgery this is the place to be! Just take that step x

Good communication, staff knowledgeable, and approachable.
Hospital care very good. The only minus is the lack of a proper bed for my companion. I would recommend Health Store Turkey to anyone.

This is a company you can trust! The patient care I received from Dr Hüseyin and his team was 1st class. I had the Gastric Sleeve on 25/03/2023, the surgery and everything else went well. 4 days later I’m back home in the UK, resting and feeling excited for my future. So pleased I went with THST. I would definitely recommend!

From first point of contact to treatment now complete I was extremely impressed with the process, information, treatment and staff. Nothing was too much trouble and the overall service was wonderful. They looked after me at every step of the way and really showed they cared.

The health store Turkey have been professional, consistent and transparent with my care needs throughout. From booking I have been able to ask questions, kept updated as to my treatment and have have had a thorough health assessment before my treatment. The language barrier had never been an issue as booking coordinators were always on site and so I had the opportunity to ask questions and understand my treatment at every stage. I particularly liked that every stage of my treatment was recorded on my WhatsApp group so this could be kept for my records or sent to family who could not attend with me in Turkey. I had complete peace of mind from start to end. I definitely made the right choice and would 100% recommend anyone thinking of making a booking.

From getting off the plane in Izmir to being taken to our hotel for recuperation, the whole experience was one of undivided attention and care. The surgeon saw me every day at, or before 9am. Meds were given on time and we were checked upon in our room frequently.
