Gareth created an environment where I was able to explain what was happening to my business in my own words.
He then went on to reassure me that I wasn't on my own and that he was there to help with some timely and welcome advice which left me in a position to make an informed decision on how to proceed with regard to my business.

This first half hour or so was free advice and I was left to decide wether to proceed on my own or make use of the services they offer.

Everything was explained in a clear and concise manner and I felt much better about my situation after talking to them.

The communication was excellent and they did everything they said they were going to do and on time too.

Our liquidation process was handled diligently and professionally. We were kept up to date on the process and all the staff we dealt with were polite, courteous and a pleasure to work with. The liquidation process was a novel experience but we were guided through the process with great professionalism. Nothing we can think of to suggest improvements.

Not knowing a great deal a about companies, I called Gareth regarding a deadlock in our company; Gareth has given me an abundance of time and advice without a penny in return and ultimately, giving me 3 approaches to end the deadlock - I really can't recommend this chap enough.

First class experience. Dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. Answered the phone very fast, which today is not always the case and dealt with queries (and email queries) immediately.

Had a great call with Gareth yesterday. I was losing sleep worrying about what to do with my business. I had no idea about insolvency or what to do. He calmly talked me through my options. My biggest worry was about my team and if they would get paid. He explained how redundancy works. I didnt realise that the government pay the redundancy if there isnt enough in the business to pay it. He also said he would be on the call with the team when I give them the news to answer any questions.

We spent a good hour on the phone and then he sent me an email covering what we discussed. Highly recommended. Definitely worth the 5 stars!
