Bad first experience, and the last

I bought a simple Koran from Germany and paid 16€ in the checkout only for the delivery. It took 3 weeks to arrive to be delivered and now I have to pay another 9€ for the customs.
Not paying this. Told the seller, and the only answers I get are cryptic. I’m not paying for a Koran 10€, and for its delivery 25€. Makes no sense. It was no where stated I would also have to pay for the customs on top. Will have it be returned to the seller if he doesent pay the customs and will force a refund through PayPal. Bad first experience, and the last.

Delayed delivery

Packaging was good but I got the parcel delivered delayed more than a week from the expected date of delivery. I would appreciate if the correct estimated date of delivery was mentioned while making the order itself.

Would not recommend

Would not recommend. I ordered previously twice before. I received the wrong Quran and when emailed no reply. Despite receiving no reply i still made another order and it has not been shipped, i emailed and emailed and emailed and received no response. Would not recommend.

Sent me wrong item TWICE

Sent me wrong item TWICE, called and sent emails but no response in over 3 weeks! They have completely ignored this issue. I have no refund, lost money, and stuck with 2 items that are not what I even ordered.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE
