Scam company. Do not use.

Very dodgy company, tried enquiring but was left woth a message saying they cant guarantee anything

They abandoned a customer on her wedding day because of "train cancellations". That is no excuse. You rent a van as a plan B, you find a way to get there. You never put all your faith in trains to not be delayed or cancelled.
The customer was so patient and polite despite the difficult circumstances and yet they still failed to refund her, leaving her waiting over two weeks then blaming her for them not having the money available to put through the refund she was entitled to. They proceeded to swear at their customer and then block her.

Luckily the customer was able to contact HSBC fraud team to recover £350 of the £440 of lost funds after the fraud team assessed the evidence, but it goes without saying this was not the resolution method anyone would wish to opt for given the choice.

The wedding industry is stressful, expensive and price gouging enough than for people to have to deal with dodgy vendors taking advantage like this and shirking their duty of care and service.

I would strongly recommend anyone thinking of using "TheKeyRingBar" to think again. The person behind this business is untrustworthy and might just abandon you on your big day.

Failed to get to the weddings due to trains being cancelled and then proceeded to promise refund without ever actually giving 1. Admitted weeks later that they never even sent a refund and then tried to say their "policy" means they arent held liable for things outside of their control... policy doesn't Trump the law and you must still give a refund... HSBC has agreed they are scammers
