Friendly professional and great art

My experience with London Art Exchange has been extremely positive. The advisers took time to understand what I was looking for and explained the background and potential of the artwork in a way that made sense to me. Communication was excellent, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The whole process felt professional, transparent, and well managed from start to finish.

I first purchased a Malak piece in July last year with TheLax.

At first I was abit sceptical, it was the largest investment i had ever made and in an industry I knew very little about.

The customer care with the company was always second to none, always got back to me with any concerns i had. If I was to be completely honest sometimes it did seem as if my investment was gone, but then it was only 8/9 months into a 12/18 month plan and I got a bit jittery.

After a while I was then put into contact with Felix, he reassured me that everything was going to plan and that my ROI was on track, if not better than first projected.

I have now recieved my full investment back plus 29% ROi,
Quite a good return for just over a year.
The money is now going towards paying for my wedding in June 2026.

So I just want to say thanks to TheLax and ill look forward to doing buisness with you in the future. 👍🏻

Had a great experience with The London Art Exchange, very professional yet approachable and friendly which is rare in the art world. They have an amazing selection of art for sale and from the first call they were really helpful with guiding me through selling an art piece from my collection, finding a buyer in a matter of days.

Felix in particular was incredible with great communication and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

London Art Exchange make art accessible and cool. When it was first suggested that I should visit their gallery in Soho Square I was apprehensive because of the reputation of aloof and high brow nature of other galleries. I need not have worried as I was made to feel welcome and valued, despite my relative lack of knowledge. I was able to enjoy the art on show and to ask questions of the courteous and friendly staff there. I have been back a few times now and am learning to enjoy art more and more. I doubt I would be so interested now, had my first experience not been as engag8ng and welcoming.

It was an absolute delight and a pleasure to deal with Felix. He comes highly recommended on all levels by me!

Charles enabled me to understand that I am able to stand in an art gallery with people that understand art and not feel intimidated, and soon enough I felt at home. Charles, the curator of the exhibit currently at the Soho gallery, is as knowledgeable about those artists he represents as he is passionate about his calling ; he is very knowledgeable. I vastly enjoyed our conversation which touched upon topics including Banski’s debt to Warhol, and the classic visual figural poses—reclined river gods & Odalesques of Ingres, Manet et al. It really was a fabulous chat which exercised my long ago acquired art history degree.

I recently purchased a painting from LAX Art Gallery and had an amazing experience. The gallery's diverse and high-quality collection impressed me, and the staff's expert guidance helped me make the right choice. I was also thrilled with the incredible price. Highly recommend LAX Art Gallery for its exceptional service and fantastic art deals!
