A top class company: one of the very best! Excellent customer services; friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Easy to order, with goods delivered quickly. Any problems dealt with quickly and without any fuss. How we wish all online shopping experiences were like this!

Not much to say, really: easy to purchase, arrived quickly enough, the lightbulbs work!

The lightbulbs were daylight bulbs, and they definitely brighten the evenings - far more pleasant to work/play in than regular yellowish bulbs.

Items very poorly packed.

Prompt service and well packaged

Good value, easy to use and shipped efficiently although the courier (evri) took 4 days which is why I didn’t give 5 stars!

The package was inadequately protected with bubble wrap or similar, such that one bulb arrived shattered.
It is fair to say that this was replaced without a murmur, but the replacement was lucky to survive as the small container was able to move around in the postal container with little cushioning wrap.
So lessons are not learnt I believe

I called Customer Services to ascertain the bulbs I required - two types this time. Was very helpful and described exactly the bulbs I required. The order process was simple and delivery was prompt. I had used the company before and will do again.
