I'm a local Realtor in the Tri-cities and I'm a go-getter! My educational background consists of a Bachelors degree in Digital Media, where I focused my efforts learning everything I could about design and advertising. I have worked in the advertising field for about 6 years and transferred that experience into my real estate career. I have found that advertising effectively and paying close attention to the trends selling and buying real estate has been easier than ever! Along side my career, I am a strong supporter of my community. Kiwanis has been my passion and helping children find their own success is an inspiration to me. I have been a president of the local Johnson City club and member for 5 years.

I’m so happy to have a realtor that I can trust like Cory Parson, his very professional and very knowledge of what he those. I will hardly recomen him and his company to all my friends and family.he would do anything that takes to make his clients happy. Thank you Cory

Diligent, Professional, Top Notch

Cory is extremely professional and hardworking. I am an investor and working with him for 8 months and can't recommend him enough. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is extremely tech-savvy with a great website. He has a photographer who ensures the listing stands out.
One of the best qualities of an agent is negotiation. He has mastered the art of negotiation and ensures the transaction moves smoothly.
I wholeheartedly recommend him for real estate needs.

Cory Parsons is a class act Realtor. Cory always has his clients best intrest at top of mind while navigating his clients transaction. He is easy to work, great communicator, and his work ethic is unmatched. Very thankful to have the chance to work with someone with this high of caliber.

Patient Realtor Delivers Above and Beyond Service

We have been working with Cory for several months to find a home in Johnson City. Even though our decision-making style is slower and more methodical, Cory has patiently shepherded us through the selection and offer process. We cannot imagine using any other agent and will return to Cory’s expertise for future transactions.
