They have a great product. They are quick to respond to emails.. and go over and beyond for their customers. I am new with this company, but I’m promising. I will be long-term.!

Business is fantastic! Orders are always quick and the product is phenomenal. All the flavors I've tried I've loved (and I've tried alot!) these drinks have helped me start replacing my coffee with added benefits of extra energy, no crash, and helps me drink more during my busy days! I've mostly let go of soda as well preferring these. All custer service interactions have been super lovely as well. I've been buying these for a while and for sure will keep buying!

The Loaded Tea Shop is the ONLY place I will buy my teas from. The flavors are AMAZING, so many different flavors to choose from. The customer service is OUTSTANDING, they respond so quick and truly care about their customers. I am so happy I found this company. I will be a repeat customer forever!

I absolutely love the variety and delicious flavors of the loaded teas! Not only do they have the best tasting, clean and refreshing loaded teas, their customer service is impeccable!! I recently placed an order and had yet to receive it a few weeks later. I reached out to customer service to ask if they could help me out. Not only did they replace my order without hassling me. They also gave me a percentage off of my next order! That is stand out customer service to me! I very highly recommend this company to everyone I know! Great Loaded Teas! The Best Customer Experience! This Company makes me feel appreciated and valued as a customer. The communication feels personable with my questions in my past interactions. I gave my mom a few of my tea packets and was hooked, stating she loved them and stated they are DELICIOUS! 😋 I've ordered a few times and look forward to placing more orders soon!!!

I contacted customer service and they were very responsive to my communication. I was extremely impressed in their prompt reply to my inquiry as well as their deaire to ensure my satisfaction with the product.

I honestly really love this product! The flavors are just delicious. I look forward to preparing my loaded tea for my work day in the morning. It lasts me my whole 10 hour work day ,it really helps me push through my mid-day slump. so five stars from me. The story behind the company is inspiring as well.

Loaded tea is absolutely delicious my number 1 drink for sure

First of all the tea taste amazing. The customer service is top notch and go above and beyond to help and they go out of there way to make things right if you have an issue.

Bad news- So I ordered the tea on the 8th. On the 10th, it finally said it’s being packed . I checked the updates for 3 days , nothing . I contacted customer service and 4 different agents told me different delivery agencies.(dhl,usps,usp and fedex) . I only ordered one package so there is no reason for there to be four companies . I canceled after not hearing any updates for 2 more days .

Good news- they refunded after finding 2 excuses on why I was given 4 different delivery agencies. Today the 18th, I recieved the teas even after cancellation . They said I could keep it but I offered to send it back because I already got the refund and it’s not right to keep something for free.

They said I can keep it and hoped I enjoyed it .

I placed my order on June 15th and hadnt received an updated order status by today, June 17th. I reached out to The Loaded Tea and were very apologetic and explained the situation, but assured me that they had received my order and that it was already on its way to me! I cannot wait to try my Loaded Teas, this will be my first time trying them! Im so excited and hopefully I have the option to post an updated review once they arrive. In short, they were very kind, handled my issue immediately upon receiving my email. Woooohoooo so excited they will be here soon!

I stumbled upon this shop, & took the chance to place an order. My first order went with me to Disney World in Florida where my husband (who HATES a loaded tea), & I BOTH drank & enjoyed MULTIPLE reordered flavors. This brand was amazing & helped us survive three different Disney Parks on 3 different very hot, humid days. I suffer from intense migraines, & all of the “nutrition shop loaded teas” made them so much worse. This brand made it to where I could enjoy my kiddos (15 y/o girl, 10 y/o boy) first ever Disney experience…MIGRAINE FREE. I was hesitant due to previous “loaded tea shop” experiences. Needless to say, this will not be my last order, & I am so thankful for finding this company! I just know my 2nd order is going to help me, my husband, my SIL, & my MIL survive the Alabama Gulf Beach in the middle of June!

My husband and I love the loaded teas. There are so many great flavors to choose from. I had an issue with a delivery and they quickly reprocessed my order at no charge. My customer service experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this company and product.

I am obsessed with Loaded Teas! I have one every single day and they help me drink so much more water. Customer service is amazing and shipping is so fast! Definitely worth every penny and I will be a customer for life. My one recent shopping error was literally fixed in less than a day and I was getting instant email responses. 10/10

I am usually very skeptical about ordering from companies I discover through social media, but The Loaded Tea Shop has completely exceeded my expectations.

Not only do they have outstanding products, but their customer service is truly exceptional. I have contacted the company multiple times via email, and every time I received a response within 1–2 hours—something that is almost unheard of these days. Each of my orders was shipped the very next day and arrived within just 2–3 days.

On one occasion, I needed to make a change to an order after it had been placed. The team was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to find a solution at no additional cost to me.

As for the products themselves, their teas are top-notch. I've tried loaded teas from many different companies, and The Loaded Tea Shop stands out for its delicious flavors, convenience, and affordability. Their teas can be easily made at home, at work, or on the go, and they cost significantly less than purchasing loaded teas from local shops.

I also love that this is a U.S.-based company that genuinely puts its customers first. Based on both the quality of their products and the outstanding customer experience they provide, I highly recommend The Loaded Tea Shop.

Love the loaded teas. I have been drinking them for almost 2 months now. I have gave up sodas. I love thdgreat flavors and helps me drink more water. My favorites are tootsie and candy crush. They are easier to make at home. I love the different stickers that come with my orders

In my opinion, this company is misleading customers about what they are purchasing. Based on my understanding, many of the ingredients appear to be commercially available products that are rebranded and sold under different names. I also have concerns about some of the marketing claims you see on facebook and the overall transparency of the business. From my past experiences and observations, I did not feel the products or practices matched the image being presented. Because of these concerns, I personally would not recommend this company and would encourage potential customers to do their own research before making a purchase. When they owned bayou view nutrition they used nothing but 4c yo7 can get from walmart and amazon!!!
