COVID travel restrictions meant our UK family and friends couldn't join us for my daughter's wedding. We arranged a UK celebration to compensate and it turned into quite the party. The London Bus Company's vintage Routemaster was quite the ride to take us from our hotel to the venue and back. Mike was really flexible in accommodating to our plans and how we needed to change as guest tardiness impacted our timing. A truly wonderful event and thank you to Mike and team for being part of it.

Really recommend the London Bus Company. We hired a red routemaster for my son's 6th birthday with 24 of his classmates. They loved it! Really helpful friendly service from Mike (doing the driving) and Clive (our friendly conductor).

The London Bus company was incredible and helped us with a very tricky and time constrained filming shoot. Both Mikes were incredible knowledgable and helpful and we really couldn't have done it without them. I would recommend highly, and would 100% use time and time again!

Thank you for the excellent service you provided for our wedding. The buses looked great and were very popular with our guests. They arrived well ahead of time, parked as close as they could to the church, and dropped everyone off right at the door of the venue with no issues. We will definitely recommend you in the future.

We used the London Bus Company to transport wedding guests from the ceremony to a local restaurant, and then onto Greenwich to join a boat for the evening reception. Everything went smoothly, timing was spot on and driver and conductor were very professional. We were emailed on the day with a mobile number in case of emergency, which was good to have. All the guests throughly enjoyed the ride. I would highly recommend and use again.

They arrived promptly, looked fabulous and personalised and the conductors were great. They went down very well with our guests who loved taking photos with them! Our wedding was postponed because of COVID and Mike couldn’t have been more helpful in rearranging the booking, especially as we moved venues and routes! Thank you so much - we are trying to think of a reason to use you again!

Absolutely fantastic experience with this company. We used 2 buses to transport guests from the church to the reception and it worked perfectly. The buses are very well looked after and spotlessly clean. The conductor and driver were pleasant and helpful. The buses arrived in good time. Sometimes communication via email wasn't great but they always bent over backwards to make sure everything was sorted. 100% recommend you use them - it helped to make the day memorable for everyone.

We had a beautiful Routemaster take us on our wedding day from the ceremony to the reception. The bus arrived well on time and the driver and conductor were kind in letting us take many photos once we arrived at the drop off location. The bus was clean and atmospheric, however we weren't sure if it was going to start or make it up the hills! The reason for 3 stars only is that they were hard to get a hold of/get answers from when planning (which is unhelpful when already stressing about the wedding) and though we had double checked the agreed route, on the day the driver was not aware of the requested route at all, and we ended up driving a route we had specifically asked not to.

After plenty of date changes, our previous company pulled out fairly last minute. The London Bus Company went to every possible length to ensure we had a bus on our big day and gave us one of the most beautiful old buses imaginable, along with a fantastic driver and conductor.

Truly, we could not have asked for any more.

Hired the open top route master for my daughters 16th birthday and it was an amazing experience. Everyone from the adults to children thoroughly enjoyed and couldn’t stop complimenting it, not to forget our pilot Mike who was amazing and drove us around the famous attractions in London to take memorable pictures. Thank you so much, this was indeed a birthday my daughter or any of us will never forget.

We hired one of the open top London red buses for our wedding a couple of weeks ago. The bus was absolutely fantastic and all of our guests loved it! The service was brilliant from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Using your bus made our wedding day very special. Our guests were transported to the ceremony in London without the worry of having to find a car park. The driver was so helpful as well as being a very good driver. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

It's a nice service and fun to hire, but the customer service could improve. I honestly wasn't sure if they would even show up and had to check the day before to make sure we were still on schedule. I wasn't given any updates throughout the day and had to call the driver 5 times before he picked up.

Hired for prom and arrived 45 mins late . On the day the bus arrived 45 minutes late. When I complained they just hid behind their T&C’s. This company does not know what customer service is, they could not care less . Not even an apology in the first response. Thank goodness it was a prom and not a wedding!!
Cheers to Dave, for ruining 16 kids prom it cost £650 to hire and not even a photo as a memory because your bus was so late .
