COMMUNICATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT
I never received shipping status despite sending two emails for it. Once I paid for shipping, the email told me that it would soon follow, once the item was shipped. That didn't happen.
I kept on checking the spam folder and never received anything. If it came from tmc-direct.com, then I should have received it as I did get the invoice and notification of the shipping charge.

Best for the US
The Model Centre is currently the most accommodating and best model shop for overseas customers (like myself). I now try to order exclusively through TMC if I can help it. Rails still have some exclusive models which are nice but I would much rather order from TMC every time just because of the high level of customer service, the trunk service, and the prices are optimal.
