I ordered 1 month ago, and no one response to my email, where my order is, they just charged the money!? I didn't even get the confirmation email about shipping! So I presume it's not been shipped yet... もっず芋る

Really exciting new brand. I was initially interested in the So.Beer on my hunt for better tasting non-alcoholic beer, but then got into the Mude collection as well. Totally different to anything el... もっず芋る

Lovely looking cans, unique taste but really nice over ice. I wasn't sure of the Play drink on it's own but makes a yummy mixer. The Immune one was my favourite especially with a slice of lemon and li... もっず芋る

Where is my delivery placed nearly 4 weeks ago

I placed my order on 13th July and my credit card has been charged. I have emailed the contact on your website twice and no one is getting back to me

The Naked Collective からの回答

Hi Mark, I'm really sorry for the delay you experienced when placing your order of So.Beer. We were quite new to the Canadian market when you ordered and unfortunately we ran in to some unexpected problems with our delivery partners. I believe you were in touch with our team over email and you have received your order. I hope you enjoyed the drinks and let me reassure you that we have resolved our delivery problems if you would like to order again in the future. Thanks again for your order.

First time trying Mude drinks

I love that this product is all natural and the taste is so good it is easy to drink. I only tried the sleep drink once and found it really helped my bad sleeping habits. I tried the play one when I got an afternoon slump and prefer it to my usual caffeine hit

Great drinks, great company.

Great company to deal with. I have purchased many times from this company now, and have found their service to be reliable. Friendly customer service and nice drinks. I am a happy customer, not to mention I like their company ethos and what they stand for. A well deserved 5 stars. Keep it up. Thanks guys.
