I’ve made two purchases and this is my third however I don’t think I may actually receive this one because they don’t respond to emails and I haven’t received any tracking updates.the shipping had only taken 7 days in the past but this time it hasn’t even shipped out yet and it’s been 8 days in total I am very disappointed and I don’t recommend shopping because it’s too risky.I ordered as a graduation gift for my niece but now I’m afraid I won’t be able to get her a gift or receive the one i ordered

I spent almost four hundred dollars with this company. I did recieve my order fairly quick too. I emailed her and asked if I could send a ring back to exchange for a smaller size and she declined eventhough I didn't even wear the ring and said she doesn't exchange due to sanitary issues. Ok so I ordered a pair of earrings and after that decided to re order the ring in a size smaller before Thanksgiving like a fool and paid full price and let me tell you it took weeks for that ring to come!! I also noticed she sent me a different bracelet than the one she advertises in the tiktok videos lol. The bracelet bent open in the middle but what I got snapped on the side. False advertisement wow. I see some of her pieces other places and she don't custom make anything I believe she orders from another company and overcharges.

Ordered a charger for iPhone 16. They sent a lightning charger instead. They would not answer any messages to fix the mistake. No response. They don’t care.

If I could give it no stars I would. I placed an order a long time ago and never received it. Sent several emails. At least 6-10 and never not one time received a response, nothing. This company is fraudulent.

I placed an order months ago. I tried emailing about an update and got no response. So I reached on on Instagram and Facebook and didn’t get a reply either. I asked for a refund instead of any update as it was clear they weren’t going to respond and they blocked me on their social media. They scam people out of money. You make a purchase and never receive the product. And forget about trying to get any response from them. Don’t shop here. You’ll just be giving away your money.

I first ordered from them like in 2020 or 2021 and it was for a pink gem silver tennis ring… I wore this ring for awhile in water too and there’s still no tarnish on it or rust nor weird smell and it’s been a couple years! I’m in Texas and when I look at the shipping they ship from Texas so I tend to get my order pretty quickly… Never had no issues, so I’m shocked about the bad reviews and recently I just ordered their gold and diamond clover bracelet and it came probably in 3 to 4 days after I placed the order and it’s almost Valentine’s Day… It’s very beautiful but personally I’ve never had no issues with this company and they’re quality pretty good. None of my stuff has tarnished. What I can say that if you do lose your stuff in transit or send them an email about it, they probably will ignore it… But I got my stuff delivered, but they don’t really answer emails… They do reply sometimes on Instagram.

The packaging is so cute, and very well put together, their delivery was exactly on time despite them emailing me to say they were in high demand and so some deliveries may be delayed
The jewellery is gorgeous considering the cheap price. Very pleased with my order !

Read the returns policy before odering! You are unable to return even if it arrives damaged! You will get blocked from any of their platforms for mentioning it!

This place scammed me out of 175.00.
Never sent my necklace and never answered any emails. I have reached out for months to no eval.

The Pink Vault NY advertise different rings and sells different. When it arrive it looks soo different

Thepinkvaultco are scammers. I thought it's legit shop but they don't have a customer service and they don't send your orders.

This girl who own this shop is a scammer. She don't ship out orders and e-mails are unanswered. They don't have customer service. Don't trust these TikTok videos, it's all false advertising. Also, if you do Image Search with these ring images, you will see they are from China for 3$.
If you want buy them, just conduct a search with image, and you will find them in reliable US shops who don't scam clients.

If you want lose your money, and then do a chargeback and wait 30 day to get your money back, shop there.
Seriously, that girl is a scammer. Once she have your money, you don't exist for her, and she will delay shipping.
I found some reviews that some people never received their orders.

The owner is a woman of color, which would make you think treating other people of different races is important for her.
But no, she will discriminate you and not ship your order just because she don't like you.
We all know where that comes from.

*Btw I ordered same items from other shop, and received them in 2 days. But this shop couldn't deliver them in a month.
