It was Steve G's (negative) review here that prompted me to provide this review. I first invested in TPP in November 23 - £100k with just two strategies, both 'active' strategies designed to make money by shorting the market, one of them being FSE Mkt Trader that Steve G mentions. In hindsight that was such a bad move - I should have had a spread of strategies. But at the time TPP couldn't provide advice, they just listed their strategies and you picked the ones you wanted to invest in. Foolishly I simply picked the ones that at the time were producing the biggest returns. Sods law, the market turned virtually the day after I commenced my investment and in the following 18 months I came very close to losing the lot. But then TPP got their Portfolio Management License and were able to rebuild my Portfolio and at last I began to see good steady returns. Two years in I was still maybe £50k down on my original investment, but was sufficiently impressed with TPP's direction of travel that I increased my capital with a further 6 figure sum and now have a 7 strategy Portfolio, with all strategies chosen for me by TPP (5 'long or flats' and 2 'hybrids'). So far this year I've witnessed spectacular growth and 32 months in I've now fully recovered my losses (in excess of £85k at the lowest point) and my next target is to hit the figure I would have achieved by now if my capital injections had all made a notional 10% pa compound interest in traditional funds. In hindsight I'm so glad I didn't do a Steve G but instead have stuck with TPP. I see myself as having been on a journey with TPP and have witnessed at first hand their product getting better and better.

I’ve had the fortune (and misfortune in some cases) to sample most investment platforms on the market but there is a reason why the majority of investors that use them lose money.

Not here.

This software has helped me to beat general market performance and the MSCI index on a regular basis.

There has been the odd choppy period, but isn’t that standard in the financial markets?

You can’t expect to be positive every quarter, but I would rather have this platform on my side than not.

Excellent addition to the UK fintech market.

A great product. One that will help your portfolio to perform substantially better.

This is an absolute scam investment scheme, withdrawals doesn't work with them. I would have lost my money if A P A N D C O securities hadn't pull in swiftly. Beware!

Followed this platform for quite some time, and it seems far superior to its competitors.
I’ve read a couple of posts on here that have made me smile. 
Making positive returns isn’t guaranteed in every climate. It’s impossible to do that. However, over any length of time, this platform clearly delivers.
It’s refreshing to have a platform that is transparent, low cost, and assists people like me to make money.
I’m slightly anti the establishment, as they only seem interested in making money for themselves. It’s clear this isn’t the case here.
I would highly recommend this platform, and would be happy to discuss this with anyone.

Be very careful, these guys say they are “world class” traders, they just lost a £50k investment in the space of 8 months.
I understand that investing is a risky business but they’re supposed to be good at it!

The guys at TTP know exactly who I am, and yet they asked me via Trust Pilot to identify myself with my customer number in the hope that I wouldn’t see the request thus enabling them to remove my review.
I lost £50k due to your dreadful strategies. Both these strategies “FTSE mkt Trader” and “Stock Tech Basket” have now been removed from there site as they don’t want anyone to see just how bad there strategies can perform.

Not used this service, but just an observation. Apart from the negative review, why are all the other reviews within a few days of each other and very very positive.

I came across this a couple of months ago and thought I'd test it out. Impressed with the returns so far - approx 20% up. I'd tried futures trading myself a while ago and lost the whole amount (and deserved to - I had no idea what I was doing!). TPP gives a relatively low-cost way of following trades made by experienced (and vetted) professionals. Lane and the team are attentive and engaged.

Lane and the Team at TPP have (literally) changed my life. By providing an individual investor like me with access to copy a risk appetite driven selection from 25+ career Portfolio Managers - all of whom publish transparent monthly trading histories - they provide the perfect market gap filler between EToro and a direct Hedge Fund investment. I joined in March with a pretty high risk approach. Of the 4 strategies I copy (automated) 3 are up big, and one is slightly down. Across all I am up about 30% in 2 months which is frankly insane, but at no point in that time have I been exposed to max losses of more than about 10%. Telling everyone I know about these guys, AND making a small referral fee for doing so too!!

A refreshingly different approach to investing with a great range of strategies to choose from. TPP has significantly outperformed some of our more traditional investment strategies, with great pro-active communication from the team.

As an early advocate of TPP with Lane Clark and associates which pre dates COVID, which was a very hostile time for investments. This is my second investment with Lane Clark and I have gained on both enterprises but especially the TPP. The whole set up in the TPP is second to none. The information you receive from Lane and associates regarding the TPP is actually excellent. He keeps you informed on every subject regarding your investment and also on a wider spectrum of investments. The TPP is not one of those investments that take your money then you hear nothing more, its quite the opposite, which gives you a feeling of security. If you do have a question Lane and the team are on hand to answer any queries. Just to end the TPP is a 5 star organisation and I highly recommend investors to get onboard if they want to make money,

I have been using TPP for 2 years and I am very happy with their service. They offer personalised advice and guidance based on their portfolio to achieve higher returns while managing risk. They are always responsive and professional and they make investing easy and fun. I can confirm my investment return has been well in excess of managed funds and trackers. During the rocky period after the Russian invasion which resulted in market volatility the management team at TTP were always on hand to discuss the investment approach and help me make any necessary changes to my portfolio

Too good to be true? That was my initial thought process but having invested in TPP since February 2022 there's been no looking back. With growth of over 25% across my chosen strategies, in a year when the MSCI World Index fell 18.9%, it has massively outperformed my more 'traditional' investments by some margin. Lane has been a constant source of support and advice from the outset and the weekly email insights just add to the investment experience. It's revolutionary and I'll recommend it to anyone who cares to listen. I'm now scrambling around to find more to invest!

Knowledgeable and professional team. For me its a good way to diversify. Early days but my account is up 4% in just over one month. Happy to recommend TPP

I've always been a little sceptical when it comes to investing but having learnt about TPP, my mind was soon put to rest...and the rest as they say is history!
To date, I continue to see significant returns on my investment and would not hesitate to recommend TPP to any prospective investors.

I first invested with The Portfolio Platform in January 2022. In the first 12 mths it returned a little over 4% which when compared with other funds was over 10% more. So far in 2023 it has returned over 20%. The simplicity of the platform and the ease to choose which fund to follow as well as the subscription model, is far superior to other funds which charge high fees for no where near the same level of return.
I have recommended The Portfolio Platform to a number of friends who have also found it better than what they had previously been invested in.

Extremely helpful company getting me great returns

Lost more than 40% of deposit in 6 months. Awful.
