Beautiful Roman blinds, wonderful quality. Did need to spend some time adjusting the cords on the back to make them hang symmetrically, but I was sent detailed instructions of how to do so.

We've been working through a back log of samples as we've been inundated since our launch at the beginning of February.
I can see you placed your order on the 23rd Feb. 2 of your samples were shipped on the 24th February and 1 sample was shipped on the 28th february.
Unfortunately, we're currently out of stock of the Aline Sage, this will be despatched once we have stock.
If you haven't yet received these samples, please do let us know, and we will resend as soon as possible.

I first place an order nearly a month ago and still haven’t received my order despite paying for swatches.

I can see your order was placed back on the 16th February.
I can confirm that your order was despatched on the 7th February and should have arrived with you on the 10th or 11th February, as it was posted 1st class with royal mail.
Firstly, we'd like to apologise that your order has taken a while to be despatched. We've been inundated with sample orders since our launch at the beginning of February which we are working our best to get through.
Secondly, we'd like to ask, if you haven't yet received your samples to make us aware and we will reorder as soon as possible for you.
Once again, we are sincerely sorry for the delay you've experienced with our sampling service, this isn't the level of service we wish to provide to our customers.

Unfortunately, at the moment we are experiencing a huge back log with our sampling due to system issues which we are working on around the clock to resolve.

Great products, really poor service.
I ordered some fabric and a cushion cover. I was told that both were in stock. I'm absolutely delighted with both but there's huge scope for improvement in customer service.
I needed the fabric in a hurry and phoned to check that both items were in stock and that the fabric could be despatched quickly. The fabric took a week to get to me not because of the courier company (who did a brilliant next day delivery) but because it took nearly a week for it to be sent out. As a result I didn't get it in time.
It also transpired that the cushion cover wasn't actually in stock and I eventually received it a month after placing the order.

We are however sorry to hear that you have experienced significant delays in receiving your fabric and specifically your cushion, this absolutely is not the level of service we like to upkeep, and for that we sincerely apologise.
To explain the delays you've experienced, in December we relocated to a larger premise. With this move, we have experienced many system errors which have affected our stock.
We are now back operating as normal and hopefully these issues are behind us.
Once again, we sincerely apologise for the service issues you have experienced with us and we hope this does not deter you from choosing to work with us again in the future.

Received bedding double and king .. not impressed bedding was exemley creased.. colour to light hoped it would look ok, I was wrong. I would never by bedding in that condition in the shops.. 👎
