Beautiful Roman blinds, wonderful quality. Did need to spend some time adjusting the cords on the back to make them hang symmetrically, but I was sent detailed instructions of how to do so.

Good quality cushions. Speedy delivery

The cushion was purchased to replace one I
had bought from a different company but in retrospect i felt was too big. I had previously bought 4 Pure Edit cushions for a different room and realised one of those would be the ideal replacement for use in this room too. Both times I was impressed with the quality and speed of delivery.

I miscalculated my measurements after I had placed the order. I telephoned back as soon as I realised my error and the lady to whom I spoke was very reassuring that matters could be sorted. Delivery took place in excellent time.

Excellent customer service!
