We’re also really sorry to hear that your experience with the Quick Face Lip Balm Peptide Treatment didn’t fully meet your expectations. While each tube is filled to 10 mL, which is the intended and correct amount for this packaging, we understand how the appearance can be surprising at first.

With tube packaging, a small amount of space at the top is intentional. This allows room for the formula to expand in warmer temperatures, ensures the tube can be properly sealed during production, and helps prevent product from spilling or oozing when first opened or squeezed. Because of this, the tube may appear partially empty, even though it contains the full stated amount. Every tube is carefully weighed during manufacturing to ensure it meets the correct fill before leaving production.

We also appreciate your feedback on the packaging design and locking mechanism - insights like this are incredibly valuable and help us continue refining both our formulas and packaging.

We can see that our team did their best to support you and share the relevant information at the time. As your purchase was made in-store, the product inventory is held by the retailer, which means any replacements or returns are managed directly through the store where the item was purchased. For this reason, we always recommend reaching out to the retailer, as they’re expected to assist with in-store purchases.

Regarding the application, the “a little goes a long way” guidance is based on using light, controlled presses of the spray. If the spray output feels stronger than expected or difficult to control, we genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

We’re truly sorry that this experience wasn’t what you hoped for and appreciate you sharing your feedback with us. It helps us continue to improve and better support our customers moving forward.

Just to share a little insight, the Lip Liner Stain is designed to be applied on clean, dry lips in one thin layer. Because it’s a true stain, it isn’t meant to be built up or re-layered, applying stain over stain can cause it to dry unevenly. A single layer gives the best, smoothest finish.

With Quick Lash, the key is allowing the liner to become slightly tacky before pressing the lash into place. Since it’s a pressure-sensitive adhesive, it does require soft to medium pressure on the lash band to activate the hold. It works a little differently from magnetic liners, so these steps are essential for the best result.

In terms of returns, our process follows the policy outlined on our website, where return postage is covered by the customer if the product isn’t the right fit.

We truly appreciate your feedback, and we’re sorry again that this wasn’t the experience you hoped for. If you’d be open to it, we’d be more than happy to help further or guide you through the application to get the best possible result.
