I love these shoes! They are so comfortable and stylish. Shipping was really quick and they fit me perfectly.

Really happy with these, true to size (however would not recommend for wide feet).

Still yet to receive this order. No updates on the shipping for almost a month, when I contacted the supplier to chase it up they suggested I contact the courier myself. Understandably, there have been delays due to Covid, but disappointing there was no attempt made to assist in locating the package.

Love my new shoes!! Always comfortable and a great fit. This is not my first order from Therapy, and it won’t be the last!

These shoes run small with the sizing . I am a size 10 usually and the size 10 in the slides are too small . I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and a few days later got an email to say I had be refunded because they were now unavailable . Very disappointing

Amazing quality and looks! They do a run a bit large though, so I would suggest sizing down.

My order was confirmed and “shipped” then days later was cancelled and refunded without explanation?

Have not been impressed. Firstly I purchased a pair of hoes which broke after the first wear. I emailed and got given a store credit so I thought I would give them another chance, I bought another pair almost a month ago and even received an email saying they had been shipped to then receive an email that said they had been refunded with no explanation.

The shoes are great and beautifully made but a size 10 is definetly not a true size 10. These run small imo and I’m gonna have to try some hacks to make them fit because I really do like them 😢

I was very happy with my experience. It was very easy and the shoes came much faster than expected (even earlier than the estimated arrival date). Although I bought the wrong size, customer service was timely and very kind. Overall, a very good experience.
