Judith was awesome. Called right back after I left a message and amended my order after I'd made a mistake. Would happily recommend The Safer Food Group.

I had an issue of accessing my Food safety certificate as I had 2 learner’s accounts and after emailing the company late in the evening,they got back to me first thing in the morning. Angela,from costumer services,was really helpful and my issue was resolved. They were very quick and helpful.

Excellent customer service. They go out of their way to help. We had some codes which volunteers had not accessed and were due to run out. With support these have been extended which is supportive of our volunteers. We have phoned on other occasions and the service has been fabulous which is why we always use this company. Thank you.

Judith was very helpful on the phone last week when i realised i’d done a mistake with my order. She immediately sorted out a refund for me, and also directed me in the right direction of how to log in and do the course.10/10

As an individual, this is user friendly for myself being dylexsic. I have using this company since 2016 and the refresher is simple.
As an organisation, it offers an easy to monitor dashboard and extension for those who struggles to study.
One key thing, there 's actually a human on the phone and not AI.

I had a little trouble navigating the website (totally my lack of understanding nothing to do with the actual site!) I called, and Katy was super helpful; she talked me through my issue with ease. Also Katy noticed I may have booked a course in error and immediately went above and beyond helping me by sorting within 10 minutes!
