Emailed 3 times. No reply. Atomizer doesn’t work and can’t spray perfume. Won’t get back to me. Will have to do a chargeback if not followed up.

I requested a return but the company has not even bothered to respond to my email. I have requested my credit card company to recover the payment as this purchase is fraud. I would not be purchasing from them any more and would not recommending it to others.

Don’t waste your money. I placed an order worth £74.45. I did not receive anything and now cannot get my money back. Customer service doesn’t exit. I have sent several emails and they dont reply to any. I am now reporting them to the police and trading standards. They have clearly defrauded me out of my money. I hope this reviews saves others money.

I ordered 6 scents and you charged my credit card and then 2 weeks later told me that NONE of the scents were available - couldn't have told me this before I bothered to order them?

Selling fake perfumes. Avoid at all cost

I ordered 3 scents. Two were the original scents but the last one ( sacred wood by killian) was fake. Apparently None of these sample shots sell the original. I’m so disappointed

This website is absolutely amazing!! I have bought a number of items on a few occasions now. Tom ford products and Versace items. They are high quality originals and they smell amazing as they should. The "HALFPRICE" offer is the cherry on the top with this place. The delivery is also free and it always arrives within 3-4 business days from the order. Thank you and I will most definitely order again!! I received so many compliments at my sisters wedding! I was wearing "Tom Ford Fabulous" Brand. 5***** Amazing products and a excellent merchant.

Have used this website a few times now and usually Great.
However I bought some Xerjoff in July which I opened recenltly and found it smelt very odd to say the least, I complained and was completely ignored as this was bought a little while ago.... Not great service, although prices are very good.

I work hard to treat myself yo quality perfumes. I deserve and demand to have trusted brands not dupes. Scent sampler is a trusted service that does exactly what it says. I gave 4 stars because one of my perfumes looked like you were delivering in the brand bottle where all other perfumes are very clear on packaging.
