I've been trying to receive a piece of furniture that i've paid for for over 6 months now and I can't seem to get anyone at S&C who can fully help with the problem at hand. Getting responses either by phone or email is incredibly hard. I would love to get this issue sorted, so would appreciate anyone getting in touch with me.

Excellent aftersales support as always, I have virtually bought all my house furniture from this company.
I recently had an issue with one of my Byron dining chairs within a period of one week the technician came to the home to assess the damage took it away and returned good as new. So special thanks to the repair team.

This has been the smoothest furniture shopping experience I've ever had. Customer service has been very responsive and helpful and my couch was delivered ahead of schedule. The delivery team”Razvan/Catalin” was very courteous and quick as well. I couldn't be happier with the entire process.

I'm really pleased with the sofa and loveseat I have received from TSaCC. They feel like a quality comfortable make. I was able to make small customisations to the seat cushions which I feel have made them perfect for me. The only downside is that a significant amount of feathers - the sharp end poking out - are coming out of the cushions. I have to assume that these will settle down after a couple of weeks of use. I'll follow up if not. The service was efficient, but I did have to chase on being contacted by the delivery company. The delivery itself was great. The guys (Costi, Mariusz, Catalin and Razvan) that came were polite and when I asked them to wear a mask in my home did so straight away. All in all a really good service. If I was able to give 4 and a half stars I would have.

I would like to say a great thanks to a delivery team: Catalin, Costi, Marius and Joannis. Installation of my new bed took them just 10 mins although of many heavy details. They collected all wrapping and left my apartment clean. Everything went well - high professionals. Quality of the bed is perfect - a very durable and extremely comfortable mattress.

I am an interior designer and I had a project with new clients back in November of last year. I ordered a bespoke sofa through The Sofa & Chair Company, sending in specs and supporting images.

Unfortunately, the sofa was not made according to the agreed specifications and the base cushions needed to be remade.

That was in February, and I have been constantly chasing S&C since. They keep telling me the job has been made a priority but I'm receiving empty promises in response to my numerous emails.

The last was an assurance that a new batch of fabric had been ordered on 25/5 and that I would receive an update. I'm still waiting.

Their CS team even had the audacity to ask whether the clients had perhaps changed their minds about keeping the sofa as the remake had been so delayed (!?)

The stress this has caused, as well as the resulting reputational damage has been immeasurable.

Please consider your options if you are contemplating buying through this company.

Catalin and Razvan delivered the much waited bespoke sofa.

The were polite, pleasant, and handled my sofa very carefully. The dutifully rang 30 minutes before arrival, which helped as well.

I ordered 2 sofas from this company and the service I received when ordering and delivery was great. However I ordered a bespoke arm cover to be made and this is where the service went downhill very quickly. The arm cover did not fit and they then made another and this also did not fit. I agreed with them that they would refund the money for the arm cover and I would get it made locally by an upholsterer. I waited over a month for them to refund my money, which was £153.00 for one arm cover. I made numerous phone calls about this sent numerous emails and was assured each time that the money would be paid immediately. This did not happen. I also received no phone calls back even though I was assured that someone would call. I eventually got the refund but only after I phoned again and said I had the name and address of the MD and I would be writing to him about the service. Lo and behold the refund arrived in 2 days. Even though we are happy with the sofas I would be very loath to recommend this company to anybody because if everything goes smoothly they are fine, if not they are a nightmare to deal with. My sofas cost over £7000.00 and for that money I expect better customer service.
