Generally great, although in the summer, it would be helpful to pack chocolate orders with ice packs to stop them from melting.

Sweets were great. Very yummy. Unfortunately due to the heat, the chocolate mix I ordered actually melted into one puddle mix haha noones faults as weather was ridiculously hot just disappointed as it was a gift for my partner.

The Sweet Store offers great value and a wide assortment of products, which was perfect for a gift to a group. I received exceptional Customer service from Chris, who went out of his way to make sure that everything went smoothly and that a thank you poem I'd written was printed and attached to the inside of the box. This involved several back-and-forth contacts, and Chris was consistently efficient, reliable and incredibly kind. I am now a loyal customer, thanks to his above-and-beyond assistance.

I absolutely love these sweets... could not find them anywhere and vegan so I searched online and came across the sweet store...now I purchase all my vegan sweets from there...

Sweets arrived on time and undamaged, delivery was by Royal Mail rather than a dodgy courier which was good.

Came promptly, well packaged. Containing my choice of sweets.

Wow, I am so impressed with this sweet shop ^_^ Not only do they offer so much choice for gifts – like various sizes of jars or hampers – but the process of selecting the sweets is ridiculously fun! You can actually make a custom pick & mix selection, which is amazing as I can feel confident building my Dad a gift & knowing he's going to love every single sweet in the mixture :) Delivery service is super speedy too. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you :)

Loads of amazing sweats at a good price. The pick your own tubs are really good. The delivery was quick and the sweats were delicious.
