I bought a Gtech cordless vac from this business on ebay. The gtech vacuum only rans for 10 mins before cutting out completely. This vacuum was only 40 cheaper than a brand new one at £128.
I gave them the opportunity to sort this out positively, but their only response was to inform me, that 10 mins runtime is good for second hand and it was out of it's 30 day guarantee, by approximately 21 days. I bought the Gtech as a wedding present, very embarrassing and disappointing.
Unkind and unhelpful after sales service. I now have to buy a new battery. This cost makes the Gtech I bought from The vac shop, Brighouse, more expensive than a new one. Very poor purchase. Avoid at all costs

Great swift service and lovely young man.

Went to the vacs shop on the 26th for my dyson cordless brush to be replaced they said can do it straight, Great. That was on a friday taken it home didnt use it straight away Came saturday it didnt work the brush didnt go round was going to take it back ring them up first didnt answer the phone because the vac shop wasnt open on a saturday, couldnt get to vac shop because off work. Was going to take it back monday 6th may wasnt open because it was a bank hoilday. Taken it back tuesday they said will after look in the warehouse to see if got the right brush in, said they're would ring me up didnt ring the for following day so i rang them they said it be ready thurday/friday theyre left a voice message friday say it ready to be picked up . Think this is a long time to have no vax to use . Good that i could use a friends vax

Bought a reconditioned Dyson in excellent condition for a great price. Very knowledgeable and will definitely use them for servicing my vac in the future.

Superb 1st experience with the Vac shop.
Had a few problems with my Shark vacuum cleaner which I couldn't resolve.

As soon as the Vac shop guys saw it they knew what the problem was. It was ready for me to collect within 3 days and looks and performs better than new!!
The the complimentary Vac freshener they installed is a welcome touch too.

Would highly recommend this business and wouldn't go anywhere else for any other repairs.

I had a service for an upright Dyson and a repair on a very old DC08. Service, knowledge and speed were all excellent. I will use them again undoubtedly.

The service was excellent- the fault diagnosis was free and the replacement battery was fitted and ready for collection the following day. I was kept informed of progress via email and text. Very efficient and pleasant guys in the shop and most importantly I wasn’t ripped off. Would 100% recommend.

My old vac was beyond repair. I explained what I wanted to replace it and the vac shop found exactly what I had described. Excellent service without the hard sales pitch!!

Our Vac was ready after only 24 hours despite expecting it several days later. It had been stripped and cleaned, smelt beautiful, was in pristine condition once more, and had stopped that awful screeching noise- great!

Friendly staff, quick turn around, can’t fault condition of vacuum. I knew it wasn’t working to maximum capacity, brought it home, vacuumed lounge & hall…all I can say is WOW. Now u know my carpets are deep clean again. Thank you
