Butter is delicious and customer service is excellent.

I absolutely love Yorkshire Kitchen butter! Their Honey & Cinnamon sweet butter is unbelievably creamy, delicious, and such a gorgeous little treat. It’s rich, indulgent, and exactly what you’d expect from a product that’s clearly marketed as a sweet butter – of course it contains sugar, and that’s all part of its charm.

What really sets Yorkshire Kitchen apart is the team behind it. They’re dedicated, genuinely lovely people who care about what they make, and you can taste that in every spoonful. All their products are consistently delicious, and I honestly can’t wait to see what they bring out in 2026. A brilliant brand with brilliant flavours!

⚠️ Misleading “Healthy” Butter Alert ⚠️

Yorkshire Kitchen is selling flavoured butter at the York Christmas Market, on Amazon, and QVC, marketed as a healthy, natural product. In reality, it contains added vegetable oil and sugar — only revealed in tiny print. This is not a minor detail; it’s a combination linked to cardiovascular risk, and many customers are being duped into thinking they’re buying something wholesome.

When I requested a refund after noticing this, I was refused. I’ve reported the issue to Trading Standards and contacted the market organisers because consumers deserve honesty.

If I buy cake, I know it has sugar and oil. But a product presented as “healthy” while hiding harmful ingredients is deceptive and unacceptable. Shoppers, be aware and demand transparency!
