As with most of the recent reviews. We spoke to think it simple back in 2023, promised low rates, new phone and no termination feeâs.
All seemed fine until we started getting letters from BT solicitors asking for £8500
We are a small family runs business and could not afford this hassle. We have been trying to contact Think it Simple for a few months but it seems they no longer exist?
After weeks of worry and getting advice from the business debt line. We reached out to BT. Eventually we spoke to someone helpful, they could see thing it simple had attempted to do what they promised with the termination however it wasnât fully completed. BT managed to freeze and cancel part of the contract, however as we took the cloud based contract with BT local business we had to speak to them direct.
BT local business were great, they found the problem and managed to clear all debts and cancel the contract and we now owe nothing.
I urge all the business that were in the same situation to keep trying to speak to BT or subsidiary you may have taken the contract with?

A heinous despicable deception
A truly dishonest company that have put my whole business survival at risk. Same story as many on here, informed that any early termination fees were nothing to worry about as they'd be dealt with once I switched from BT to Daisy. Think it simple acting on behalf of Daisy have cost me £3,084 an amount I simply can't afford. I run a small hair & beauty business that is not coping well with the cost of living crisis. After contacting TIS they said it would get sorted and I had to assign one of their colleagues to my BT account to deal with the charges for me, I informed TIS this had been done, they never replied to any of my many emails from this point forward. Also the advertised phone number (the no. given to me by Daisy) no longer connected. I received debt emails in my spam folder which I unfortunately overlooked. Next came a debt letter threatening me with court proceedings.
I have had to set up a payment agreement which I can barely afford which will not be paid in full until 20/01/2051.
I thoroughly despicable heinous way to deceive a small business owner.

This is a communications company (legal department) which does not respond to emails.
We wrote an email to the legal department (Robert Francis) (dated 7 March and then another on 5 April) and have had no response.
Background information:
On 16 December BT sent a final invoice for £489.01 to terminate our contract with them. Following the advice weâd been given by Think It Simple, we spoke to BT but they made it very clear we could not ignore the final invoice. I then spoke to Daisy Communications who said they wanted nothing to do with the invoice and suggested going back to Think It Simple. I duly telephoned them and they suggested sending it to their legal department - which we did by email on 18 December attaching the end of contract invoice from BT.
I was informed I would have an update and this issue resolved by the end of March 2025 but as yet (7 May 2025) no response again.

reading a lot of these reviews id like to make everyone aware that THINK IT SIMPLE are fighting a fraud case and are closing down as a company to re open.
the reason they are ignoring all the calls is because they have no phones or internet and have packed there whole office up. so its think it simple that are meant to help with termination fees which they now wont due to this absolute shocking company also have a look at the director on companies house how many businesses he has opened and closed and probably scammed people the same way.

A truly bad experience!!! Same as everyone else, promises of no early termination fees from previous suppliers then blasted with an ever increasing bill. The first couple of times a default letter dropped on our door Think it Simple did seem to act butâŠâŠ. There tactics revolve around creating a complaint which merely delays the process l, a few months later a new letter from a new collection agency will appear with another admin charge. Now Think It Simple do not answer the telephone or respond to emails. Please avoid this company, I have evidence from them instructing me not to pay but now have disappeared and will not helpâŠâŠ. Shameful!!!!!!

Think it simple have cost me £2,623.35, I have had to pay this to my previous supplier Focus Group because Think it simple deceived me. They promised me no early termination fees and left me to deal with an early termination fee. All paid and now Think it simple have disappeared. Not answering their phone or replying to emails. Same issue as everyone else here. Was contacted by their agents claiming they were a BT wholesaler and were extremely persistent. Swapped me to Daisy claiming that there would be no fee for swapping from BT and i've been slapped with a Contract termination charge that BT won't wipe

Their legal team, Think It Simple were partnered with Daisy as their legal team and I have emails stating that all charges had been sorted. I now have a debt recovery agency after me for £1,500 and Think It Simpleâs phone number is now âout of serviceâ and they are not responding to emails, also, their live chat doesnât work. Seriously stressed and angry and it seems others are in the same situation. Daisy Communications have said thereâs nothing they can do as they are no longer associated with Think It Simple. Think It Simple need to contact me and do the right thing as this is causing me a huge amount of stress and anxiety!

I was told by their salesperson that if I switch to Daisy from BT then their legal team would sort out the cancellation with BT. They assured me that there would be no fee. We got an early cancellation fee in from BT for over £1200. We canât get in contact we think it simple as their phone line is no longer in use. Daisy are also denying all responsibility and saying they are no longer trading partners with think it simple. This seems like a complete scam.

Are they a scam?
Changed over to Daisy who said they would buy me out of BT contract, no payment made for cancellation fee. Daisy suddenly now don't work with Think It Simple and said my agreement was with them not Daisy to buy out of contract. The Think It Simple telephone number is now suddenly out of service and no one is responding to my emails. Was this a scam to get me into a contract with Daisy? Read reviews on Google and now feel sick as everyone is saying they are a scam. If anyone from Think It Simple reads this please contact urgently before I report my concerns. Hope to get this sorted and if resolved with BT I would be happy to alter my review rating.

Think It Simple Ltd sold me a telecoms and broadband service and told me I would not have to pay a termination fee with my old provider due to an Ofcom regulation that I've since found out doesn't exist! It has been 4 months of srress and now I have large termination fees to pay to my previous provider and Think It Simple have disappeared. Their phones don't work or reply to any emails. Daisy Communications say they are no longer a partner with them. Look out for them starting up again under a different name. I have certainly learnt my lesson and will not listen to very good salesmen telling stories to get business again.

Had a long conversation with a sales person to get broadband installed by openreach, was told I need to sign into something just to get the engineer booked and would take two weeks, Told of a 14 day cooling off period and I wasnt tied to anything but just wait to see what the engineer said. About 3 months on, no engineer ( told he had been out and couldnt help !) now being billed by daisy communications for a service im not using. They have no record of the conversation with the sales person at think it simple only a 30 second recording of a lady rushing through a voice contract for me to yes to. Daisy also say there is no 14 day cooloing off period so think it simple are telling me things are are not true. I managed to cancel the direct debit before they took any money and now it will probably go to court. AVOID.
