Think Local have helped rebuild our business! We were on the brinks of closing due to financial hardship and personal matters. With my PA we discovered think local and made a phone call, they spent over an hour on the phone to us! They felt our troubles, their compassion and genuine nature, they truly wanted to help us. It wasn't a scam or just them trying to make money. With their kindness and professional nature, they ensured us we were in safe hands and we were! We are now seeing amazing results so early with new clients coming through, and new referrals from GP practices :) Thank you Think Local and a big shout out to Ella, who has been amazing.

I have been dealing with Think Local Search for sometime and at times questioned what I was spending my money on. This was until I met Ella. I explained to Ella that I'm "old school" and want to be in touch regularly via phone & messaging. Ever since, Ella has taken control, the service has been impeccable. I see value with what she does and she prompts me to give her more work which is what I like.

TLS are super friendly, professional and effective!
It's been great to work with Think Search Local and the team to boost my Google Business Listing status and profile. Angel was assigned as my account manager and has she been fabulous to deal with taking a genuine interest in my success!
I really liked having the same person to talk to and liase with either on the phone or by email as it not only feels more personal, but they get to know your specific business requirements which builds more trust and confidence.
Getting your Google Business listing ranked as high as possible on Google Maps is essential and TLS are just a super friendly, professional and effective provider of this essential part of any businesses marketing strategy.
I'd strongly recommend them if you're looking for help in this area :)

Great service
I have been working with think local search for around 6 months now, and I can honestly say I am so happy with the improvements to my companies online presence during this time. I wasn’t aware of these capabilities before, but the friendly sales team explained everything in detail and my account manager has kept me updated with regular reporting and other suggestions that might help. Would highly recommend to any company looking to enhance their customer engagement.

Highly professional and fantastic customer service! The team has always been extremely helpful from our first account manager Breon and our current manger Emma. With our google account having issues prior to thinnklocal, Emma was relentless in dealing with google to resolve the issue! Keeping us highly informed throughout the process. I have full trust in their team and ability to overcome problems with no fuss which is a huge positive for myself as a business owner.

Better than the rest!
Better than the rest. I was a little dubious at first, having horrendous experiences with another company who did my ad campaign. I was out at ease from their guarantee and not being locked in.
I can safely say they have exceeded my expectations.
Since joining Think local search I have been kept informed, educated about the online space and seen tangible results for my business.
I spoke with my account manager monthly who advised me on not only getting my rankings and statistics increasing but also how to entice more customers to visit my business.
Over many years of trying to find help, we have finally found these guys and have been so happy with the results and the support we are receiving.
I would highly recommend joining them.

I have been with think local search for 4 months now, and though it did take a few weeks to start seeing my business build online, we now are gaining more online rankings monthly and more importantly more work.
My account manager breon is very knowledgeable and she helps me with a lot off different aspects of my online space.

Friendly staff & great product.
Think Local Search created my new website at the start of this year. The staff were very informative about the product I was buying.
It is much more user friendly than my old website and if I ever need help, I can call my account manager Olivier. He always has time for my questions and returns my calls, which is important to me and my business.
Highly recommended.
