Phantom shipments sent without my permission!!!
I ordered some shirts from Co.ThirtySix late in 2025. The shirts they sent were the wrong size. They gave me a return label and I thought, great, no problem. They were supposed to send me the correct size in a couple of days. THAT never happened. I waited for almost 3 weeks and heard nothing even though my card was charged. I finally received a reply to my many emails asking about shipping status and was told they were out of stock due to the Christmas rush. I had them cancel the order. Then, in January, I got an email saying the shirts were on the way! I contacted them and they said, "just return them once they arrive". NOTHING arrived but my card was charged again!! I contacted them again and they credited my account.
In March of 2026, I received another noticed that more shirts were on the way with a tracking number included. It showed the order was placed in November of 2025!
I contacted them again and told them to remove my SHOP account information since there is no way for me to do it. That way they could charge me again for another "phantom" shipment. They said they couldn't do that since it was MY account. ???
When I checked the tracking info they provided it showed they items were delivered via USPS at my doorstep at a certain date and time. Of course, nothing was and I have video cameras to prove it.
I contacted their customer service again and expressed my frustration with this entire experience. They apologized, but really provided me with NO resolution.
I fully expect another shipment notification to arrive in a few months even though no shirts ever show up!!....SMH
This company may have good shirts according to those who actually receive shorts, but the way they did business with me is a scam!!
